Hotel is a little hidden beyond the main road, however it is near a premium outlet for great shopping and the cafe serves awesome steak. It is also about 45 min drive away from Florence, and near to Chianti vineyard amongst other attractions. The hotel itself is beautiful with spacious and clean rooms. The garden is also well manicured.

Most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Room was large, clean and had character. Breakfast was delicious with fresh pastries, cakes and delicious coffee. Pool and garden were a lovely place to spend the afternoon. Hotel staff helped us call a taxi from the train station to get to the hotel.

Overall, our stay at Villa il Palagio was enjoyable. The 50m2 apartment we booked was spacious and comfortable. While daily cleaning wasn't provided, it was not a major inconvenience, considering it's more common in 4-star hotels. The breakfast offered a decent selection, with delightful cakes and savory options like ham and cheese. The location, although a 40-minute drive from Florence, offered picturesque countryside views, with convenient dining options within a 5-minute drive. It's worth noting that amenities were closed during our stay in late April, but we anticipate the pool will open in May. A standout was the English-speaking receptionist, adding to the overall positive experience.

The hotel manager saw we were struggling with getting back to Florence and booked a taxi for us even though we said it’s okay! It was so sweet and kind of him. Will always be a memorable trip in such a beautiful trip in a beautiful location that’s tranquil and perfect for a countryside getaway.

The staffs in the reception were great! ❤️❤️❤️

La nostra esperienza all'hotel Villa Palagio è stata davvero memorabile. Abbiamo prenotato la nostra stanza mentre eravamo in viaggio da Napoli verso Trentino, e abbiamo deciso di fermarci a metà strada per spezzare il lungo tragitto. Questo ci ha dato l'opportunità di visitare Firenze, dove abbiamo trascorso una serata fantastica con mia moglie e mia figlia. Arrivati alla villa intorno a mezzanotte, ci siamo sentiti come se fossimo tornati indietro nel tempo. La villa, situata in una posizione isolata, era chiusa al nostro arrivo, ma abbiamo trovato una busta con le chiavi della nostra camera prenotata, insieme a una descrizione chiara. L'accesso è stato semplice e senza problemi. La camera era ben assortita e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Abbiamo dormito benissimo e ci siamo svegliati alle 7:00 per un bagno rinfrescante in piscina, un'esperienza fantastica. La colazione è stata ricca e deliziosa, e abbiamo avuto anche l'opportunità di fare conoscenza con delle persone molto gentili. Sicuramente tornerò alla Villa Palagio con amici e i miei altri figli. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chi cerca un luogo tranquillo e accogliente in Toscana.

酒店離The Mall outlet大約兩三公里，位於一大莊園內，有酒店房也有這種別墅套房。旁邊一公里內有一家餐廳晚上開到十點而且性價比高環境也好，可以解決餐飲問題。 這家的優點關鍵是性價比超高，乾淨衞生能省錢，非常適合自駕且去the Mall購物停留的遊客。

Está bastante lejos de la ciudad si no tienes cariño vas en bus y tren debes caminar unos 3 km desde la parada al hotel

酒店離佛羅倫薩市區很遠，30幾公里的樣子，非常不方便，需要開車，佛羅倫薩市區停車又很貴，算下來住這個酒店不是很划算。Ctrip定位有問題浪費了不少時間。酒店本身還不錯，給升級了很大的套房。早飯不錯。感覺這酒店接待旅遊團多點。

房子在山上。院子還蠻漂亮，但是房間一般，且很冷。整體裝修給人以感覺比較高冷。早餐中規中矩。唯一亮點就是外觀和院子比較漂亮。

酒店房間出乎意料地乾淨、明亮、寬敞，服務態度好，熱情舒服，早餐豐富，處於山間樹林之間，空氣新鮮，安靜從容的休假模式。
