The rooms are very dated, would benefit from a facelift. The hotel generally didn’t bring the standards of a Mercure. Breakfast is really crowded no matter the time. Toilet was leaking all night. I requested a room change, the staff is nice, they gave us a new room but it was the same. Their effort worth mentioning . But it cannot replace the feeling of a dated hotel. Pink plastic cups are a no-go in a 4* Mercure.
