ห้องพักสะอาด แผนกต้อนรับบริการเป็นกันเอง ร้านอาหารและบาร์ปิด แต่อยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนนจากโรงงานยาสูบ อาหารและสิ่งแวดล้อมน่าทึ่งมาก! ทำเลเยี่ยมและพื้นที่ปลอดภัยในการเดินไปตามถนนด้วย! เราจะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน!

Super friendly & helpful staff. I forgot to pack cuff links. Not only did they provide safety pins, they helped me put them on.

This is a nice hotel in a very convenient location, it is a classic hotel with a classy ambiance, espacious rooms and clean. The only downside is that they don't have restaurant.

The hotel pictures were not accurate to our room. The room had some cosmetic damage, the shower tub drained really slow, and the water pressure was nonexistent. The climate control was not accurate as the room stayed at 70 instead of the set temp of 72. Other than that, great location close to a lot of parking options and things to do.

The doors are so thin with a big glitch underneath. You literally hear everything that happens which makes sleep impossible. We went here for new years eve. On new years day the maid starts vacuuming the hall or adjacent rooms at 8am in the morning. The noise level is the same as if she is vacuuming inside our room. Knowing how thin the doors are, they should really think about this.

Didn’t have TV remote in room. They sent one up. No mini fridge. Website said continental breakfast, but they no longer serve one. Don’t get a room with windows in front on weekends due to noisy bar patrons.

I'll make this hotel easy to understand. If you are looking for a standard, modern, regular hotel experience, go to the Marriott down the street. If you want a hotel with a bit more character but is not as recently redone (but everything still works fine and the rooms are clean), this is the hotel for you. Choose wisely. The staff were very nice and helpful.
