โรงแรมมีบริการรถรับส่งฟรีไปและกลับสนามบินตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ซึ่งตรงเวลาและสะดวกสบายมาก ห้องพักมีตู้เย็น เครื่องชงกาแฟ และไมโครเวฟครบครัน ทำให้สะดวกต่อการเตรียมอาหารเช้า การบริการของโรงแรมยอดเยี่ยม แม้ว่าคุณจะมีเที่ยวบินเช้าตรู่ คุณก็สามารถเรียกใช้บริการรถรับส่งได้

ต้องแจ้งขอทำความสะอาดห้องก่อน 11.00 น. ทุกวัน ไม่มีน้ำขวดให้ฟรี ไม่มีหมวกอาบน้ำ ไม่มีแก้วน้ำให้ในห้องน้ำ โรงแรม 4 ดาว ผิดหวังมาก!!!

ควรปรับปรุงเรื่องฉนวนกันเสียงให้ดีขึ้น บางครั้งฉันได้ยินเสียงคนเดินและพูดคุยกันนอกห้อง

เราได้เตือนแผนกต้อนรับว่าเราต้องทำความสะอาดห้องใหม่ เมื่อเรากลับมาจากตัวเมือง พบว่าห้องของเราไม่ได้ถูกทำความสะอาด จึงต้องออกไปข้างนอกอีกครั้ง และยืนกรานว่าเราต้องทำความสะอาดห้องของเราโดยไม่คำนึงถึงเหตุผล เนื่องจากเราตื่นสายกว่าปกติเพื่อติดป้ายทำความสะอาดไว้หน้าประตู ในที่สุด การทำความสะอาดก็เสร็จเรียบร้อย นี่คือความต้องการพื้นฐาน ดีใจที่ทำความสะอาดเสร็จเรียบร้อยในที่สุดเมื่อเรากลับมาจากรับประทานอาหารเย็น ห้องพักดีและกว้างขวาง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกดี และเตาไมโครเวฟในห้องก็ยอดเยี่ยม เครื่องชงกาแฟเล็กเกินไป เครื่องชงกาแฟสำหรับสองถ้วยจะดีกว่า

We enjoyed staying in this hotel  kids loved the water park  very clean

lobby is nice, cozy. They have gym, in and out door swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurants. I do like facilities. However,room was pretty outdated. I recommend not using towels there. Location is okay, easy to commute.

The room was nice and comfortable. The food at all the restaurants were plentiful and scrumptious. As usual there were ups and downs.

It has a great restaurant. It was in a good, convenient location. The staff was friendky and helpful.

The air conditioning system was noisy, so we decided to turn it off and open the windows. Yet, as our room was facing a busy road, the heavy traffic produced disturbance. It was difficult to fall asleep. Having said so, the staff was friendly and helpful. When we reported the malfunction of the coffee maker, we got an electric kettle soon.

We love the water slide. The hotel has everything you need besides restaurant connect to it only provide lunch and dinner. For breakfast, we have to go Danny’s nearby. The facilities are good if you consider it as an airport hotel. There are swimming pool and gym. Water slide in swimming pool is our favourite. I recommend who has kids to go! It’s fun!

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was fresh every morning. Location was convenient for both sightseeing and transport. Truly a pleasant and memorable stay!

No slippers, front desk said it was out of stock. The ac fan is so loud that I can’t sleep easily. The lights in the room should be more bright.

Hotel Servies very good and facilities very good especially Swimming Pool. Our children were very happy in the swimming pool.
