Very nice clean room and the hotel is situated in a nice quiet location. My only issue was with the lack of electrical sockets for device charging. There were only 2 electrical sockets in my room and one of them wasn’t working, so I only had one electrical socket in the room.

What a lovely hotel. My friend and I booked a weekend break which included breakfast afternoon tea a dinner on one evening We were not disappointed. Sadly we weee unable to use the facilities until check in Ron if 4pm which I found a little odd. However we we went for a walk around Caernarfon. Check in was simple and our room was lovely and warm. I have to say it this is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been in. Yes some of the rooms are a little dated maybe, but the hotel has gone above and beyond to make sure it looked fresh. We used the leisure area. The pool was a little cold I felt but sauna and steam room were perfect. Food was gorgeous. if I was to be a little picky it was that the breakfast buffet was not exactly in the dining room but there may well be a reason for that. I quite like having bread and some cooked meat at breakfast which wasn’t there but the cooked breakfast was fabulous and again there was plenty to choose from anyway. The staff were brilliant one receptionist was not as friendly we didn’t think but the other well they really are a credit to the hotel they were super friendly and could not do enough for you. The two I remember were I think Juliet and possibly Josh on reception I didn’t get the names of the other staff but they were all lovely Thank you to the staff for making our stay great we will definately be back

เราพักที่โรงแรมนี้เป็นครั้งที่สาม ทุกครั้งที่เราไปมีห้องที่ยอดเยี่ยม แต่คราวนี้อยู่ในภาคผนวก อีกครั้งห้องพักที่น่ารักสะอาดและสะดวกสบาย 38 กว้างขวางมาก โรงแรมมีบาร์ของตัวเอง เปิดตลอดทั้งวันและสําหรับผู้ที่ไม่อาศัยอยู่ อาหารเช้าที่ยอดเยี่ยม ทําเลที่ตั้งดีมาก สะดวกในการเข้าถึง Trearddur Bay Rhoscolyn Valley และ Holyhead สําหรับเรือข้ามฟากไปยังไอร์แลนด์ เดินไม่ถึงครึ่งชั่วโมงไปยัง / จากสถานี Y Dyffryn / Valley นอกจากนี้ยังอยู่บนเส้นทางรถบัสที่เชื่อมต่อ Holyhead และ Llangefni สําหรับ Bangor รอคอยการเดินทางครั้งต่อไปของเราที่นั่น

What a great 2 night stay. Warm welcome , super clean, lovely room in 2nd floor with balcony and super views over The Menai Straights. Room had everything we needed and huge TV. Chocolates and biscuits in room . The hotel decoration feels like new . Lovely fresh artwork on the walls. Huge conservatory for breakfast dining , leading out into pretty beer garden with great views. Food choice was excellent and breakfast and dinner well presented and tasty . So, what was they best bit? Answer;, THE LOVELY , FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, CHEERFUL, CHATTY, EFFICIENT STAFF. All of the staff members we encountered were first class and made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. Thank you. We will definitely be back.
