Petit hôtel très sympathique, sans prétention, mais très honnete, bien pensé, bien décoré et aux espaces efficacement optimisés et d’excellent rapport qualité/prix avec un petit dej avec des viennoiseries de qualité, ainsi que du bon pain frais, même si une offre un peu plus étendu en salé serait appréciable. Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et arrangeant . Les « tintins et Astérix » gracieusement prêtés par l’établissement achèveront de vous endormir en douceur.

โรงแรมนี้ตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่ดีในลียง คุณสามารถเดินหรือรถไฟใต้ดินไปยังสถานที่ส่วนใหญ่ได้อย่างง่ายดายจากโรงแรมนี้ ห้องพักสะอาดและสะดวกสบาย แต่ตกแต่งราคาไม่แพงและแทบไม่มีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวก ห้องพักไม่มีตู้เย็นหรือเครื่องชงกาแฟ มีกาต้มน้ําไฟฟ้าพร้อมถุงชาสามใบ แต่ขวดน้ําต้องมาจากแผนกต้อนรับ ไม่มีโต๊ะอ่านหนังสือข้างเตียง - มีเพียงเนินเขาอิเกียต่ําถัดจากเตียง WiFi แทบจะไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ทั่วทั้งโรงแรม เราจ่ายเงินล่วงหน้า 200 ยูโร/คืนที่จองทางอินเทอร์เน็ต โรงแรมนี้สะอาด สะดวกสบาย และตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่สมบูรณ์แบบ แต่ก็ไม่ได้คุ้มค่ามาก

โรงแรมและห้องพักสวยงาม เราพักห้อง executive และมีพื้นที่มากมายให้ทํางานและเพลิดเพลินกับทัศนียภาพของ 2e บริเวณใกล้เคียง ทําเลที่ตั้งเหมาะมากในการเที่ยวชมส่วนกลางของเมือง Lyon บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าก็เยี่ยม(ผลไม้สด ขนมปัง ซีเรียล/โกนาลา) ไม่แน่ใจเรื่องอาหารสุกเพราะไม่ได้ลอง การจัดวางสวยงาม อาหารพร้อมรูมเซอร์วิสก็โอเคเท่านั้นอาจเป็นเพราะเมื่อเทียบกับที่อื่นในลียงแล้วไม่น่าเชื่อถือได้และอาจเป็นเพราะห้องอาหารกําลังปรับปรุงจึงไม่เพียงพอต่อการใช้งาน สปาเล็กแต่จัดการได้เพราะเราจําเป็นต้องจองเวลา(ป้องกันคนเข้าเยอะไปพร้อมกัน) พื้นลื่นมากและคู่หูผมโดนหัวชน - ผมว่าเรื่องนี้ต้องแก้ไข (เราไม่ใช่คนเดียวที่ลื่นทุกที่เวลาพื้นเปียก)

Voyageant en famille à 3, nous avons réservé la Suite Exécutive avec la terrasse, un lit double et un canapé-lit convertible. Notre arrivée vers 1h00 s’est bien passée, un appel à l’hôtel la veille nous a permis d’apprendre le protocole à suivre pour les arrivées tardives 👌🏼 La terrasse était parfaite pour le café clope du matin, moins le café mais j’y reviendrais plus tard. Petit (littéralement) déjeuner disponible en bas à côté de la réception, d’ailleurs les demoiselles de la réception étaient très aimables. Malheureusement, c’est là où les points positifs s’arrêtent ; ni draps ni housses n’étaient trouvables pour le canapé-lit, le matelas de ce dernier étant bien jaune j’ai préféré le retransformer en canapé et dormir de cette façon bien qu’il ai un renfoncement important au milieu. Pas de machine à café dans la Suite Exécutive, enfin si: il y a une nespresso dans le placard central de la kitchenette mais pas de capsule. Impossible de commander quoi que ce soit via l’application qu’ils proposent de scanner non plus, rien n’était disponible pour le jour J il faut donc prévoir le café du lendemain? La poignée de douche tient sur un support à moitié cassé mais ça marche donc 🤷🏽♂️ Ah et j’ai failli m’enfermer dans le sas en voulant ouvrir la porte à mon père, puisqu’il faut la carte pour avoir l’électricité, attention avec la carte magnétique.

เดินจาก Lyon Part Dieu 15 นาที เนื่องจากงานก่อสร้าง การเดินลากกระเป๋ากลายเป็นความท้าทายและไม่ได้ตรงมาก มีห้าง Westfield ขนาดใหญ่ สามารถซื้อของและรับประทานอาหารได้ เดินไปสํานักงานเช่ารถ 10 นาที มีพื้นที่รับส่งให้เราโหลดกระเป๋าไปส่งที่รถเช่าอยู่ข้างโรงแรม ขั้นตอนการเช็คอินเป็นความสุข พนักงานเป็นมิตร มีเครื่องซักผ้าพร้อมให้บริการตลอด ห้องพักค่อนข้างเล็กกว่าโรงแรมปารีสมาก พื้นที่ใช้สอยไม่พอสําหรับกระเป๋าเดินทางใบใหญ่ 2x ถึงแม้ห้องพักจะสะอาดและปลอดฝุ่น ห้องน้ํามีพื้นที่พอใช้ได้ แนะนําสําหรับเป็นโรงแรมแวะพักอาศัย น่าจะเป็นที่พักคืน

ฉันเคยเขียนรีวิวเชิงลบมาก่อนเพราะโรงแรมใช้เวลาหลายเดือนในการคืนเงินเราและฉันรู้สึกว่าฉันไม่มีวิธีการติดต่อ ในที่สุดการคืนเงินเสร็จสมบูรณ์ขอบคุณเฮเลน หวังว่าเมื่อการท่องเที่ยวเริ่มฟื้นตัวจาก COVID-19 เราสามารถสร้างความสัมพันธ์ได้เพราะเราต้องการพากลุ่มไปที่ลียงและอยู่กับคุณ

โรงแรมสวยมาก ห้องกว้าง ตรงตามรูป นอกจากนี้ยังมีระเบียงภายใน ห้องพักมีฉนวนอย่างดี เป็นมิตรสำหรับนักเดินทางที่ต้องการแวะพักที่ลียง ใกล้กับสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน Monplaisir - ไฟบนสาย D ซึ่งทำให้เข้าถึงได้อย่างรวดเร็ว มีลิฟต์ให้บริการลงจากชั้นล่างไปยังห้อง 0 สำหรับผู้ที่มีความคล่องตัวลดลง

The rooms are small for a Holiday Inn, and in need of refurbishment. Mine had a big wine stain on the carpet, and the sofa/3rd bed was in poor condition. The public areas are OK and the breakfast is good. The hotel suffers significantly from a lack of staff. Reception is often unattended, phones unanswered. The restaurant is closed at short notice. Such staff as there are, are mostly very pleasant and helpful, although one hard-pressed evening receptionist, who was doubling up as barman, lost his temper under the pressure. An evening fire alarm, when guests had to evacuate, demonstrated that the staff didn't know what to do in these circumstances - no-one to supervise the exit, no-one to announce when it was safe to return. I don't know if this was lack of training or lack of enthusiasm, but it needs to be fixed. Overall, I was disappointed, and wouldn't return.

At a guess, we have stayed at this Hotel 8-10 times over the past years. I am sorry to say that after our last experience, we will never stay there again. As a 5 Star Hotel, it was slipshod and dissappointing. On arrival, at 16.45 there was nobody on the Reception Desk, but there was a sign which said ” There is nobody on Reception at present, please take a seat and wait ! There is still construction works going on at the adjacent ****** and there are now only 4 parking spaces for guests. which includes one for disabled and one for electric car charging. The only parking is an unattended open car park some 800 metres from the Hotel and I was not prepared to leave a £200,000 car loaded with luggage, laptops, phones and personal items there. The Receptionist agreed that I could occupy a disabled person's bay on the proviso that he could move it if required. The suite on the mezzanine floor was fine apart from the following;_ - Only 5 TV channels none English. - No Notepad or pen. - No list of Telephone numbers to call reception or room service. - Ony 2 towels for 3 persons, when charged extra for 16 year old granddaughter to stay in the suite. Same for Glasses, cups, Tea bags milk. Just 2 for 3 persons. - The Wifi was awful and kept logging you off. Later found out that you could log in using any old name name and email address you cared to enter ! _ One Loo roll ,part used and no spare. - A Huge Stag Beetle was discovered on the sofa and at that point we had not opened the doors to the balcony. We were aware that the main Restaurant would be closed on the Tuesday that we arrived ,but shortly before we left England I received an email that room service would not be available either but we could have a cold meal in our room.Oh well onwards and upwards ! The cold meal turned out to be a choice between smoked salmon, cheese or cold meats each served with bread and butter. No desserts, not even Ice cream. Anyway, we opted for 2 salmon and 1 cheese. After a long wait, the receptionist knocked on the door with the salmon and cheese and a basket of bread which he had himself prepared and it comprised a single baguette cut up into slices and 3 pats of butter. The salmon was just as if it has come out of a packet and there were 6 miserable slices of 3 different cheeses. The cost for this gastronomic extravaganza was €127.00 which included Room service and a warm bottle of white wine( No Ice bucket either). Total cost for a nights stopover with breakfast with hard sausage and rubber bacon was €603.60. Sorry Pavillon, don't expect to see me again.

I have randomly selected this hotel and it turned out to be a great choice. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. quiet area, clean, at walking distance to Croix rousse. rooms are super comfy and the bed is amazing. Perfect choice for business or leisure travel. Reception team is very helpful and friendly.
