For the price, it's pretty decent but don't expect too much as it's not a 5 star hotel. The location is quite far from rodos town though

This hotel is AWFUL. I am not the type to write a review, never have, but if anyone gets put in the room we were in I cannot warn you enough. The room itself was fresh out of a horror movie. The sheets had yellow stains, the door wouldnt lock properly, the paint on the bath was peeling off in chunks. A massive rat even ran across our floor in the middle of the night. Keep in mind we have no idea how it got in or how it got out and what they did to sort it. I wouldnt be confident they did anything. Beyond this the air-conditioning wouldnt turn off, which made it beyond cold in the nights. This wasnt the only thing which was broken, as our hairdryer wouldn't work and neither did the TV in our room. We then got moved to another room, this one hadnt been cleaned since the last people there. The sheets were also stained, the bin was overflowing. There were used glasses all over the bathroom, with not just the peeling paint on the bath but also an odd stain across it, along with used towels dumped in the middle of the room. Once again we were moved after complaining, within this next room the air conditioning and Tv worked and the door locked properly. But, the hairdryer still didnt work, the bath was still awful and overused, the tap was always dripping and there was nowhere to hold the shower up. While this resort is praised for its free WiFi, we found it didnt reach anyone of the 3 rooms we experienced. It took them moving us twice in one evening for this resort to be liveable and im still not comfortable with the cleanliness of this resort. Keep in mind we spent most days out of this resort and it was still a horrifying experience. I wouldnt even go here even if you plan to spend time there only sleeping. This wasnt even the only issue, as the food here was a disgrace. By booking an all-inclusive resort we expected to be able to eat most, if not all, out our meals here. However, the food was very repetitive and offf-putting. Credit where credits due though they did change up the shape of the pasta and meatballs, which became meat cubes, so what more variation can we really ask for. Thankfully, there are a few good restaurants nearby so we didnt have to go completely hungry. However this meant that we had to spend far more money than expected. I'd say that the most enjoyable part of this hotel are the scabies-infested cats, which provided temporary moments of distraction.

We enjoyed our time here at Summer dream hotel. Staff are super sweet and supportive. The grounds are well kept and the rooms are clean. They are working on renovating the outdated rooms. The pool was nice and we met some lovley guest that we enjoyed spending time with. The beach is so close but pebbles so wear crocs or water shoes. There is so much to do locally and buses 57 56 61 59 will bring you to the airport, Rhodes town and back to the village for €3 each way.Lots of car hire and taxis also. Food at the hotel was ok and not as bad as other reviews made out. I found something to eat each day from what was there. We loved the icecream selection. We would stay again but the WiFi not working in our room wasn't great Next time we will get an E sim or sort out roaming data. There are tropical bugs and so on outside but you just have to apply common sense and keep the patio door closed. Drinks were ok i liked the beer and white wine most

Absolutely awful – definitely not a 3-star standard We stayed at this hotel in August and honestly, it was like something out of a horror movie. 😔 The room was extremely dirty, neglected and clearly not properly cleaned. My daughter refused to sleep in the bed because it was so dirty. There was hair everywhere, including in the bathroom. The shower was disgusting — the shower tray was rusty, dirty and had a horrible smell. The area around the hotel was also full of rubbish, which made the whole place feel even worse. The food was absolutely awful. We even found hair in the food, and after that we simply could not eat there. 🤢 The swimming pool was dirty as well. Even some of the staff were wearing visibly dirty T-shirts, which was honestly shocking. I understand this is a 3-star hotel and I was not expecting luxury. I was expecting basic cleanliness, hygiene and acceptable food. Unfortunately, even those basic standards were missing. This hotel completely ruined what was supposed to be a lovely holiday. We spent money and time on a holiday and came home feeling that it had been wasted. 😔 The only positive thing I can say is about one lovely lady working in the downstairs bar, with short dark hair. She was absolutely wonderful, kind and friendly. ❤️ She deserves special recognition. I definitely would not recommend this hotel. If cleanliness and hygiene matter to you, please think twice before booking.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a lovely stay at Summer Dream Hotel in Rhodes. Overall, we had a great experience and really enjoyed our time there. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and the hotel made a great base for enjoying our holiday in Rhodes. We came away very happy with our stay and would happily recommend Summer Dream Hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable holiday in Rhodes. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Hotel was absolutely amazing for a 3 star establishment,I would highly recommend this hotel for the staff and the cleanliness was incredible,well done to the hotel

Absolutely terrible, should be called summer nightmare! Room filthy,mouldy dirty fridge,filthy bath,blood on sheets,dust and cobwebs everywhere,pool area dirty,sun loungers fit for the tip, dirty unhygenic behind pool bar,coffee machine in reception area filthy, the only positive thing i can say is that Michael on reception was extremely helpful and listened to my concerns, he arranged for us to be moved to a sister hotel in Kolympia which was a lovely hotel, I dont usually do bad reviews or complain but feel people should know our experience, please see attached photos

For a 3 star hotel it exceeded my expectations, yes a few things could do with improving but nothing is perfect. I would highly recommend this hotel and I’m looking forward to coming back. Big shoutout for all staff at the hotel

After getting a last minute deal we headed to Summer Dreams ! That’s when the dream became a nightmare! This place needs a total revamp and I’m surprised the English tour operators still send customers to this hotel. The whole place is a health hazard and in some cases dangerous ! The rooms need updating the bathroom needed to be replaced. The pool and poolside are filthy and pool bar is totally unhygienic and as for the leftover breakfast that is used for snacks needed to be covered . Restaurant was again unhygienic flies and wasps everywhere. Food choices were a joke ! Drinks were awful! Toilet in lobby bar was through reception and only 1 for everyone to use! Again wet floor and no hand wash and filthy. Pool toilets…. Well I can’t explain the filthy mess that was greeted everyday . We had to go back to room if we needed the loo. Slippery floors, hose pipes were trip and slip hazards. Staff were miserable and especially the man on pool bar he really couldn’t be bothered ( to busy smoking and moaning) Overall give this place a miss, don’t bother wasting your money. Thomas Cook and other tour operators need to remove this hotel . It’s a 1 star hotel/ hostel type hotel NOT what it’s advertised at.
