This hotel is wonderful. The location is bang smack in the middle of Reykjavik City Centre so you are close to all the stores and & restaurants. The hotel is very clean, modern & the staff we spoke with were very friendly & even made a good recommendation when we were looking for a particular cuisine. Bed was very comfy & shower pressure was amazing. I would most definitely stay here again.

Many land tours provide pickup service from the bus stop next to the hotel.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The check-in staff were extremely friendly, warm, and helpful, making a great first impression. The hotel is centrally located, which made getting around very convenient. Parking is available at the back of the hotel on a first-come, first-served basis, and we were fortunate to secure a spot. Breakfast offered a good selection and was enjoyable. The main drawback was the balcony door, which opens onto a shared corridor, so we weren’t able to leave it open for ventilation. Aside from that, a comfortable and welcoming stay.

**100/100 - Excellent!** This place feels as warm and inviting as home. The location is easy to find, and the room is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hot tub is a must-try! Breakfast features traditional Icelandic dishes with a great variety that truly fuels your journey. I highly recommend this stay!

The hotel is nice, especially the bar which you can watch football.

This hotel is nicely located in the middle of the city, however not offering any free parking which became a bit of a hassle. The room is extremely small for three people. Even for two can be tight. We had our old mother with us and only having a bathtub with a very high wall, made it impossible for her to take a shower. Shower cabin would have been better. The staff was kind and helpful.

The hotel is located at the city center and also the flybus station. It’s very convenient.

We had a quick stopover on our way back to Vancouver from Europe. Will definitely come back and stay longer.

Power in the room stayed on all night. It kept flicking on and off or can’t shut off. The front desk guy said there is nothing he can do until the next morning.
