"Positive: - Amazing room, great wood smell, a lot of small great details. We had the deluxe room with two saunas. - Motivated staff to support us. We had a bath issue, technician there within the hour. We wanted access to the pickleball field (perfect by the way!), staff came running with the key. - Great decor. A lot of different colorful flower everywhere, fruit tree, pond with frog. Also, thousands of beautiful light illuminates the resort at night. Very pretty. Don't expect amazing rice field though, it's a print out (look at the pictures). - Very calm, away of Hanoi loudness (it took us one hour of transit from Hanoi for d500 000 of taxi). Fresh air! - Good wifi and smart TV, but wasn't able to Chrome cast from my phone. Negative: - Food : Breakfast was literally insta ramen... And Food prices were high for Vietnam (see menu picture). You need cash to pay (can't pay by card), but they allowed us to pay it all on the last day (we booked a cab to a bank 15min away to take out cash). - No English speaker staff: We made it work through WhatsApp and Google translate. - Check in/out: There is no reception desk. We were guided to our room by the 24h guard (positive), but we needed to ask the staff the next day about the wifi password. - No map of the resort or guided tour. Also, the resort is still under construction. - The ”rock” rooms are artificial (sound empty when you kick it). - We didn't use the pool since the water was green. - There is no scheduled weekly activity, so it's really to relax. Staff recommended to visit the ”nearby” national park, but it was 1h away. - Nothing in the immediate area outside the resort, you have to walk 30-40min in either direction to find other restaurants or shop. (We walk it once and booked a Grab the following time)."

"Khách sạn còn rất mới nên mọi thứ đều sạch sẽ, gọn gàng và được chăm chút kỹ. Không gian nhiều cây xanh nên rất thoáng và dễ chịu. Trang thiết bị trong phòng xịn xò, tiện nghi đầy đủ, ngoài ra còn có bể bơi và cả sân pickleball để giải trí. Nhân viên ở đây rất thân thiện, luôn hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Khách sạn cũng có khu bếp chung, phù hợp với nhóm bạn đi đông muốn tự nấu ăn, dù lần này gia đình mình không sử dụng đến. Điểm cộng nữa là vị trí gần điểm check in rất đông khách, tụi mình thường đi bộ qua đó tham quan và chụp ảnh. Nói chung, trải nghiệm rất đáng tiền, mọi thứ đều khiến mình hài lòng. Nhất định sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp."

"วิวโรงแรม Binyan West Lake สวยงามมาก อาหารเช้าก็โอเค สระว่ายน้ํากลางแจ้งมีขนาดใหญ่และน้ําได้รับการดูแลอย่างดี พนักงานเป็นกันเองมากและมีสนามกอล์ฟอยู่ข้างๆ ล้อมรอบด้วยทะเลสาบ โดยรวมเงียบสงบและทิวทัศน์ดีเยี่ยม แต่วันนี้คนจีนเยอะขึ้น"
