"As soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the guard, who promptly informed the front desk of our arrival. He clearly directed us to the reception area and kindly reminded us to be careful while going down the long staircase, very efficient and friendly service. The front desk staff were professional and polite. They even offered to extend our check-out time to 2 PM so we could better enjoy our stay, especially since we arrived around 6 PM. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture as we were celebrating my birthday. The food was excellent. The lechon kawali was a standout, perfectly crispy and juicy. The halaan soup tasted comforting and homey, and the fish fillet was crisp on the outside while tender and flavorful inside. The sandwich was also good. The view is absolutely stunning, with a breathtaking sunset. Our room was spacious and even had a balcony, which we loved. The only downside was the pool, which is quite small and can get crowded if everyone decides to swim. The Water pressure in the bathroom in our room is weak we had a hard time showering and flushing the toilet. Additionally, the staff at the water activities area were not very accommodating. Although kayak and snorkeling equipment are complimentary, they seemed uninterested in assisting us. We noticed they were more attentive to foreign guests, and we hope the staff can provide equal service to all guests in the future. Overall, it was a lovely stay with just a few areas for improvement."

"ใช้บริการเมื่อฉันไปเที่ยวฟิลิปปินส์กับเพื่อนสามคน จากสนามบินมะนิลาเคยไปท่ารถประจําทางของเมืองมะนิลาใช้เวลา 2 ชั่วโมงจากมานานาไปยังบาตัสแล้วนั่งแท็กซี่ 1 ชั่วโมง ถ้าเป็นไปได้ผมคิดว่าขับรถจากมะนิลาสะดวกกว่า โรงแรมสะอาดและดอกไม้ง่าย ดิฉันได้ใช้เวลาดีๆ ริมสระน้ําและเพลิดเพลินกับประสบการณ์การดําน้ํา รอบๆ โรงแรมไม่มีอะไรเลยต้องใช้บริการห้องอาหารของโรงแรมแต่ได้ชิมอาหารที่คุณภาพและอร่อยมาก ปลื้มเพราะมีอาหารญี่ปุ่นบ้าง เช่น สเต็กทอด โดยรวมแล้วเป็นราคาโรงแรมรีสอร์ทจึงแพงแต่ได้ประสบการณ์ที่ดีคุ้มค่า"

"โรงแรมสวยสุด ๆ โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ริมทะเล คุณสามารถดําน้ําตื้นหรือเล่นเรือยางได้โดยตรงโดยไม่ต้องออกจากโรงแรม น้ําทะเลใสและมีปะการังมากมายอยู่รอบๆ โรงแรมคุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่าย แต่ละจานของโรงแรมมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ของตัวเอง อาหารที่เราสั่งไม่ได้พลิกกลับ (ฉันเลือกมาก)"

"Hotel service is great, reasonable food price for a resort Clean environment , Room is clean. But the washroom needs improvement 1, Bathtubs higher than the deck during the shower causing water flows on the ground , Floor gets wet and won't dry till overbite . 2, The shower water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold making it difficult to maintain a comfortable shower,"

"The resort is quite dated it could do with a makeover. Originally built in 1992, I don't think anything has been improved since then. The breakfast was very good, but some of the mains not so. The staff were brilliant and looked after us really well. As for the location, it is way off the beaten track, but we enjoyed our time there. The snorkelling was a great experience, and the training pool was an added advantage for a novice."
