"I visited this property with my mom. The staff was humble and the food was delicious. The room although on the ground floor still had a balcony which was my priority. Didn't have chance to use much but pool and gym looked very well taken care of, and restaurant was delicious and considering the atmosphere , it wasn't too expensive either. Breakfast had wide range of food,chai was great. Only thing was gym and pool would be inaccessible late night, I wish they would have told me that, and check in and out took longer compared to other hotels. Access wise it's close from airport but,there weren't any shops or restaurants in walkable area so really need to prepare to commit to the hotel."
"We recently stayed at this hotel, and while there were some positive aspects, our experience was marred by a few serious issues. The hotel boasts a beautiful ambiance and well-maintained surroundings, which initially made a great impression. However, we faced two significant problems during our stay. Firstly, the pool area was unsafe. To our shock, there were nails in the pool, and one of them got stuck in my son's toe, causing us distress and inconvenience. This is a major safety concern that needs immediate attention. Secondly, the quality of the quilt provided in our room was extremely poor. It was uncomfortable and didn't match the standards expected from a hotel of this kind. Additionally, the food was sub-par and left much to be desired. While we appreciated the pleasant ambiance and certain aspects of the hotel, the safety issue and lack of quality in basic amenities like bedding and food made our stay less enjoyable. I hope th.
