"Overall, it was good. The location and facilities were decent. It was a bit disappointing that the sofa bed mattress wasn't great. Also, it's a big drawback that the pool isn't open in such hot weather."

"This Hampton Inn in Reno is super convenient, just a 10-15 minute drive off I-80. While the price is a bit high, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Otherwise, it's pretty standard Hampton Inn fare. Being less than an hour's drive from Lake Tahoe is a definite plus."

"We had a problem checking in. The hotel said their credit card hadn't been paid. Ctrip was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue. The hotel staff were also very kind and let us move our luggage upstairs. The room was a bit dated, and the conditioner bottle was empty and not refilled. We checked in late, so we didn't call to request it. The indoor pool is small, and there's no jacuzzi. We stayed for one night."
