ห้องพักไม่สะอาดอย่างที่ฉันคิดไว้ มีคราบเหนียวสีแดงอยู่บนโต๊ะใกล้ทางเข้าซึ่งฉันระบุไม่ได้ว่าเป็นอะไร และต้องเช็ดออกเอง ส่วนการเก็บเสียงนั้นดี

ห้องพักค่อนข้างใหญ่และดูใหม่พอสมควร บริเวณโรงแรมกว้างขวางมาก และเนื่องจากเป็นช่วงนอกฤดูกาลท่องเที่ยว จึงไม่แออัด ทำให้การเข้าพักสะดวกสบาย มีร้านสตาร์บัคส์อยู่ชั้นล่าง ซึ่งเป็นสถานที่ที่ดีสำหรับการรับประทานอาหารเช้า

โครงสร้างพื้นฐานล้าสมัย การตกแต่งห้องดูเหมือนจะได้รับความเสียหายจากสงคราม มีเชื้อราหรือคราบน้ำที่ไม่ทราบสาเหตุอยู่หลายจุด และสภาพแวดล้อมด้านความบันเทิงก็แย่มาก เครื่องเล่นบางเครื่องดูเหมือนถูกดัดแปลงแก้ไข

คืนแรกเราได้ห้องธรรมดา แต่หลังจากที่เรายืนยันขอไป เราจึงได้ย้ายไปห้องเวสตินในวันรุ่งขึ้น… ถึงแม้พวกเขาจะให้คูปองมาเป็นการชดเชย แต่ก็แทบไม่มีโอกาสได้ใช้เลยเพราะคนเยอะเกินไป! เรายังใช้คูปองซื้ออาหารเช้าไม่ได้ด้วยซ้ำ

My stay was good. Room had to be changed due to a connected room which was very noisy. GSR thought the room was not connected due to their floor plans. New room was wonderful and pleasantly quiet.

We love staying at GSR so many activities for adults and children.

Was there in summer. Nice big room. No netflix or youtube can be connected. Pool is open only 10am.

Good hotel with big ****** and bunch of restaurants within the hotel complex

No signs on directions to registration or elevators to hotel stay. Registration clerk or service clerk did not give much instructions to help with our first stay. We had to dig it out of her. Just said scan QR code??? We also didn’t know we had to Scann our card key to work elevator. Instructions were labeled in the elevator, other than out of the elevator before we entered. 

I usually love staying at this hotel but on this trip I had lots of trouble. Special events took up all parking spaces and I had to park off property after cruising for 30 minutes with no space available. The pool area was having a rock music beach party until 11 pm on the night I was departing and needed to wake at 5:30 am for my flight. No staff warned me of this late night party that created serious noise in the tower I was in that faced the pool. Hotel front desk offered ear plugs but no apology or offer to change rooms. To add insult to injury I asked for a wake up call that never happened. Luckily I had my phone to wake me although I got very little sleep.

Location is good. Clean

Overall good experience for the price. The facilities were good and adequate for our needs.
