Clean and just in front of the railway station. Clean with all the necessary

We’ve had a very pleasant accommodation in the hotel. The hotel is located 2 minutes walk from the railway station and 10 minutes by foot from the city center. Everything was really good - the room was colorful and clean, the bed was quite big (I may assume that width of the bed is 200 cm), the staff was so nice and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty and had a lot of options. Coffee is free of charge during the whole day as well as croissants. Definitely recommended to stay in Rennes.

We chose this hotel for its location, 24 hour reception and price. As our plane was delayed we arrived close to midnight and initially thought we couldn’t gain access. Fortunately the buzzer alerted reception and with a minimum of fuss we were in our room. Only stayed one night as the next morning we crossed the road to the bus depot to travel to Mont Saint Michel. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, instead walking a few minutes to the nearest Carrefort for yogurt and gluten free food, which we enjoyed with a coffee at a cart on the plaza. Hotel worked very well for us.

雖然入住遇到小麻煩但很快解決了。酒店位置很棒，交通出行十分方便。陽台對面就是火車站汽車站。晚上很安靜。推薦。

Nous sommes tellement déçues de cette expérience, la chambre et l'emplacement est top, pas de surprise, par contre la très mauvaise surprise c'est d'avoir attendus pendants 45mn dans le couloir, pour que le réceptionniste réussisse à éclairer sa lanterne ! Il avait encodé la mauvaise porte, et quand j'ai demandé gentiment un geste commercial, il m'a humiliée !!! En m'accusant de lui avoir donnée le mauvais numéro de porte, sachant que je lui avais redonné la carte avec le numéro de la chambre !!! Il était clairement en tort et ma littéralement renvoyé la faute, au passage c'est mon conjoint qui a deviné son erreur ! Et pour finir, il y avait qu'une serviette. Nous avons pas eus d'excuse, ni de geste commercial, sachant que nous avons été obligé d'annuler notre réservation restaurants, et nos amies nous on gentillement trouver un autre restaurant et attendu. C'était un ****** ! Juste pour un réceptionniste qui ne connaît pas les bases de son métier !!!! Il nous a gâché notre week-end.

Très bien placé, établissement bien tenu et répondant à mes attentes.
