早餐非常可口，特別是牛肉小餅，晚餐品種選擇多，服務員都特別熱情，提供預訂出租車服務，出行還是很方便的

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and tidy. Fridge and safe in the rooms. Facilities were immaculate. Had dinner here as well on the first night of arrival. It was so good. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station and the transport is brilliant into the centre of Hamburg. Would go back again. Staff were also super helpful and very friendly.

Lovely stay at the Sachsenwald hotel! Wilma, the employee on duty checking us in was very kind, efficient and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and well organized. Their coffee is outstanding. Nice upgrade to a suite with amazing bathtub. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

I was shocked to learn the hotel didnt have A/C & that my room had several large windows facing south and only one opened for fresh air. It was hotter than hell in that room and not a single fan provided. Breakfast was mediocre, it cost 15 euros and everyone was crammed into one section which made no sense with corona rules! The hotel was understaffed with one waiter for a whole wedding party and then trying to deal with regular hotel guests like me. The highlights of this hotel were the minibar (seriously hit the spot) and location.

We stayed two nights on a road trip to Germany. Reinbek is located about 20 kilometers east of Hamburg. The suburb is well connected to Hamburg by road and S-Bahn trains, taking you to downtown Hamburg in about 20 minutes. The station is within walking distance from the hotel, which also offers free garage parking. The spaces are narrow and shared with the local library. The layout of the hotel is unusual, as it is located in a small shopping mall, but in general we found the hotel quite good and very clean, and the staff friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and the beds good. Safe was provided, but no coffee making equipment. Almost all television channels were German, and the reception of CNN was definitely not satisfactory. Our rate included a good breakfast and Hamburg Cards with a number of benefits such as free and excellent transportation on trains, buses and harbor buses within the central Hamburg area. Good hotel for a stop-over in the Hamburg area.
