Hotel is named now: elaya hotel regensburg city center ehemals Arthotel ANA Aurel Super hotel. Erg schappelijk. Bedden slapen heerlijk. Douche geeft veel water af dus goede waterdruk! Fijne tussenstop. Bedankt!
Just returned from a week stay and was overall happy with the accommodations. The short walk to the city center was convenient and nice after a long day at the office. The desk could be higher and better appointed for work, the closet is very small and there is no dresser, and a lack of a refrigerator is very inconvenient. Parking is disappointing. I feel that is should be included in the price and completely validated at the front desk vs a discounted rate similar to the Goliath right in the city center. Overall it was a nice visit and the staff was amazing however, a better parking solution, and the addition of a refrigerator would greatly increase the rating.
Located near the historic Old Town 10 minute-walk an UNESCO World Heritage Site and the only almost-intact mediaeval city in Germany. The hotels high 4-star quality standards noble materials exclusive style and great infrastructure are complemented by its individual charm.
Well equipped hotel, 15 minutes walk from Regensburg old town. Stylish interior, clean bathroom, good variety for breakfast. Very nice idea: if we don’t need housekeeping, the hotel offers a drink since we are taking care of our environment. Only one negative experience is the parking: the hotel has a garage but actually impossible to find free lots. We had to park at the streets nearby which is a challenge.
A bit off the beaten track, about 15 mins brisk walk from the rail station and town centre. It seems to be a brand new hotel. Very quiet, with a spacious lobby and small but well designed rooms. Would certainly visit again, and Regensburg which has a lovely feel.
Stayed at Ibis Regensberg Centre for a single night as a mid-point stopover between Munich and Prague and couldn't have been happier. Hotel looks as if it was only recently opened and is of a very functional design and the entire place is superbly clean throughout. Stayed on a Sunday night and felt like we were literally the only people here including the adjoining Novotel where we ate. Staff were welcoming and room was roomy with a good bathroom and comfortable bed. CBD is a short walk away. Hard to fault anything with this Ibis Hotel and considering the price paid (less than $100AUD!) I would happily recommend.
Good business hotel with nice breakfast. Nice bathrooms with a good walk in shower. Soap and shampoo etc. all in handy dispensers. Bed with just the right firmness. Good sound proofness of rooms.
Rooms are not huge but very well organized. Plenty of outlets and large flat screen TV. Will book again if closeby.
Well I’m gonna write this review before the morning to see how breakfast is because as of now the overall experience with had with the front desk receptionist wasn’t the most pleasant. Check in went pretty smooth, when I booked it said we would get 2 free drinks due to being a silver member, well she gave us 3 since it was 3 of us, one being a child. We requested 2 key cards for both adults and once we got to the room neither keys worked. We checked the bathroom once we got in the room and only had 2 towels, floor towel and medium towel. We pulled out the sofa bed since it was 3 of us and wanted to have comfort. Well one of us went down and requested extra towels since we were short and some bedding for the sofa couch. The receptionist Marianne Holzer stated that because it was only 3 of us we did not need extra towels and that the room we booked was only for 2 which on the site showed it was for 3 people with a pull out sofa. Marianne Holzer started off okay but it ended up that she was not so friendly at all. She knew when we checked in it was 3 people and when explained that we didn’t have towels it was an issue. Last hotel we stayed at was very accommodating with towels since we did have an 8 year old with us who uses his own towel. Just confused what the issue was.

Excellent stay and value for money in a quality hotel. Superb staff who were most helpful. Flexible on check in despite me arriving early. Hotel is very clean, rooms comfortable and facilities are great. Wi-Fi very fast. Location is great for those travelling on autobahn. The one downside is a low number of facilities nearby, but this does justify a pleasant walk into the town centre (20-mins). I will definitely stay here again when I return for business. Highly recommended.
The hotel was excellent in most ways. The rooms were great, bed was really comfortable and the food was very good. My real issue was that if we accepted the bottled water offered upon check in that we return the bottle to reception. It was almost an order. If you forgot whilst checking out they sort of insisted that we went back up and brought it down. I was in a party of 12 and every other person was instructed to return the bottle when they did not bring it down to check out. What are house keeping for? This annoyed some of our travelling party to the extent that all they talked about for half an hour after we left was returning water bottles. It was somewhat of a fly in the ointment
ผผู้เข้าพักguter Service, gutes Frühstück, angenehmer Wellnessbereich, angehnehme Mitarbeiter, ... Das Hotel habe ich bereits zum zweiten Mal gebucht und war diesmal rundrum zufrieden. Nur die Garagentüre wurde noch nicht repariert.
ผผู้เข้าพักI decided to start our trip through Europe as I used to live in this area for eight years. This is a fabulous hotel with a wonderful staff. We have a rental car and parking is available on-site and is extremely convenient, there is an extra cost. Rooms are in excellent condition, decent size. Spent two wonderful days in Regensburg before we moved on. Travelers you won't be disappointed here.
ผผู้เข้าพักWe travel with the whole family very often. I have a silver status in Accor Hotels, Ibis Card and my wife is a member of the Accor hotel chain. I have been working in the tourism industry for several years. Before going to this hotel, we stayed for a few days at the Ibis Styles hotels in Milan, Italy, at the Ibis in Lugano, Switzerland and also a month earlier at the Ibis in Nuremberg, Germany. Unfortunately, we are faced with a terrible situation in this hotel, the solution of which is only! the dismissal of this employee, who allowed himself, one can say, fraud actions! Situation; I reserved a hotel through the Accor Hotels application and left my card details. We arrived at the hotel with the whole family and paid! for the room immediately at the reception. After the payment, I asked for an invoice for this payment as it was a business trip. To this, this employee asked me for my debit card, took it in his hands and began to rewrite my personal data somewhere! I was in shock! I asked what are you doing? To which he replied to me that ”I should write down your card details to make you an invoice”. Why, I asked? Do you already have the data of my another one debit card in the Accor Hotels application and why can't you take the card data from there? Why do you need my second debit card details for an invoice at all? This is the first time I have encountered such a situation that someone takes client debit card into their own hands and rewrites personal data from it! I demanded him to return my debit card and this employee refused to do it! He refused to return my personal card! You understand! He refused to return my personal card and threatened that he would cancel my room reservation and payment for the room if I did not give him my personal payment card details! He started saying that you don't understand how the system works in Germany and you, that is, we are wrong! When we were at the Ibis Styles Milan and Ibis Lugano Swiss for three days ago and no one took my payment card in their hands and did not try to rewrite personal data from it! I have invoices for each month from the Accor Hotels chain and I know what the process of receiving them looks like! We were shocked! Have you ever faced such a situation! Horror and shock! After that, we started shouting and already addressing other hotel employees, this hotel employee threw us a payment card and quickly left! He just runaway! Another employee gave us a card to enter our paid room and told us verbatim - Go to your room! Get away from here! That is, he just sent us away from the reception desk to our room! We were shocked! Never before in our experience have we encountered such a thing! I work in tourism and could not imagine this situation! We wanted to call the police, but this employee just disappeared! I appeal to Accor Hotels to resolve this situation and dismiss this employee! As a silver member of the Accor hotel chain and the owner of the Ibis card, I demand that this employee be pu
