โรงแรมใกล้กับ House of Prelada, Ramalde

This hotel is definitely not 5 star. Men on reception unhelpful, surly and inflexible. All other staff, particularly breakfast were great. The rooms are incredibly noisy and mine had a leak in the shower. Roof top pool lovely but unheated so unusable. At check in we were very brusquely told swimming caps were mandatory to use the indoor pool (something not mentioned anywhere else), however, nobody used caps and there was no staff to enforce. Breakfast was a low point, juice watered down, only croissants as pastries, bread very ordinary, meat selection diabolical. The cooked food was basic unless you paid extra, and the sausages were actually child size frankfurters! Photo attached showing sausage and innovative use of leftovers, previous days sauteed veg turned into a disgusting tortilla. Only 2 sachets of coffee in room, one normal, one decaff. You can get more if requested but in a room for 2 people, 2 sachets is not right. Location not great as quite a way out of town and it was jammed full of coach parties.Show less

Quarto com boa área e limpo, cama muito confortável. WC bem equipado e funcional. Pequeno almoço buffet entre as 6 e as 12h e muito bem servido. Parque coberto grátis, com acesso direto aos quartos. Relativamente perto da cidade do Porto Simpatia no atendimento

We stayed at this hotel in October 2022. We had room #303. The good : Check-in was fast. The staff at the lobby is great. Friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, there is a mini-fridge and a safe in the room. No carpet. Nice bathroom with good water pressure in the shower, but water temperature varies a lot. The room has a small balcony and big windows that let the light in the room. The bad : Not a real king bed, just two single beds next to each other so it was not a very comfortable arrangement. There are no USB ports available in the room. Wi-Fi was not reliable at all in the room. The TV volume was blocked at 10 (out of 60) so we could not really watch TV because volume was so low. We call the front desk and they sent somebody to check and since there was really a problem he told us that they would have to replace the TV, which could take some time. Since it was already late we simply declined and went to bed! The location of this hotel is not the best. Nothing much around, the neighborhood seems a little sketchy and the view from the room is simply depressing.

Great location close to the Metro, although a bit noisy as there is construction outside and a barking next door. The rooms are tiny with minimal amenities. This is not a 4 star hotel as our package promised. Just a heads up, they charge you for extra coffee pods. Staff here is professional and very helpful-they wear many hats! They helped us book an amazing tour. Walking distance to shopping, an amazing indoor food court, and grocery stores. The breakfast room is very nice, and has good selections.

Location is what I need away from the hotel in a busy city center. Room modern and confort. Staff helpful. Love the sauna and hamam. Breakfast many variety for bread and sweet pastry (I like to have boile egg in breakfast sometimes). I use Uber 6euros to city center. I do use my car to visit the seaside Afurada ,the Wine Valley Dauro etc. I wanted to highlight hotel should provide free bottle of water in the room upon arrival (is very common that traveler does not drink enough during moving).
