It’s alright. The pool could be better. You have to pay to use hammam apparently.

避雷！！！千萬避雷！！不要住！！！設施還算ok，但真的巨坑，強收費！！！！我定的兩人入住的房間，入住當晚説我這個訂的一個人住的，説了一句就也沒説了，結果住了兩天退房時候，掏出一個單子説這是額外費用，扣着我行李不交錢不讓走，問説是什麼費用，説是第二個人兩天的早餐費用220DH，問題是第二天都沒吃早餐，説是不管吃沒吃都要付，強買強賣啊，根本沒有提前告知，看我們最後要走了趕飛機開始強買強賣

Was wederom een top verblijf, personeel erg behulpzaam. Hotelkamers ruim en schoon.

There are better places to stay in Rabat in much nicer locations. Unfortunately we booked through a tour company due to lack of time. Like most places we stayed at, there is no milk provided. The bar fridge did not work. Multiple calls to hotel reception went unanswered even though I was told to contact them for anything we need. Tour groups are prioritized so dinner took a long time to be served, Breakfast was OK.

We were staying as part of our group tour in Morocco. The rooms were well equipped and comfortable. The bed was good. There is an extensive breakfast - including a chocolate fountain for your waffles, etc

The best hotel in the city so far for now im traveling a lot and i recommend this one, the room is clean and and all utilities are available and good quality the people working there are respectful and helful. I recommend ans happy to stay there.and this is one of the best hotels that i stayed in. A hidden gem to discover new and gold better than 5 stars and known hotels

We stayed at this hotel for two nights as a part of our Collette-guided tour of Morocco. The stay was comfortable, and everything was working in the room. The breakfast was delicious, and they had an omelet station for hot custom egg preparation. I drank Moroccan Mint tea at this hotel for the first time and liked it instantly.

As a part of our itinerary we stayed at Flower Town Hotel & Spa in Rabat. The facilities at the hotel were much below our expectations. Plus there was a serious language issue. The receptionists did not respond to our repeated calls and basic items required in the room. When we complained all they could do was to apologise.

First impressions good . Clean and tidy room with furniture that was not showing signs of wear but there were some features of the room that were rather strange , in particular the 'see-through' bathroom , no privacy for anyone using it , and the very sophisticated ( apparently) shower which no one in our party could work out how to use . Dinner and breakfast were not very exciting and the only beverage available was water . We did however have a good night's sleep , so not all bad !

Stayed here for two nights while traveling Morocco. Hotel looks like it was recently renovated. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Food in the restaurant was buffet style only, but there were many selections for breakfast. Room was average n size and decor. Bed and pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.

Stayed one night whilst touring Morocco. Hotel was clean and comfortable, staff ok. Didn't try the spa so couldn't comment. However the hotel was dry when we stayed, no bar/alcohol. We found the room small and facilities adequate. Couldn't comment on location as we arrived late afternoon, but when walking out at night felt a little uncomfortable. Breakfast just about OK, not everything ready when it was open.
