The experience was beyond our expectation, my partner loved it. The place, ambience and also the staffs are great. They are all nice, i just forgot their names, we will definitely go back

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was definitely value for your money. Located at a prime location in Quezon City as well, it has many cafes and restaurants within the vicinity (walking distance). The staff were accommodating. The room was clean and spacious although a little bit dark to my liking (just my personal preference though 😅). They also offer free (and unlimited) water refills (cold & hot) at the room hallway. Over-all, I loved my stay and I would definitely book here again 😉

worst hotel ever， no bottle water, never not change towels. Breakfast is not buffet. You should fire the security guy. We got blackmailed in your hotel. And I ask your security to come up and help us. And he secretly took the money they give him and do not help us your clients and let them blackmail us. Such terrible security. You do not pay him enough money to do his job ? That he has to take money from such urgently way??? Ridiculous security guy!

I recently stayed at Privato Hotel, a well-equipped business hotel, and had a great experience. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was professional and attentive. My room was modern, clean, and had all the amenities needed for a productive stay, including a comfortable work desk and reliable Wi-Fi. The hotel’s location was convenient for meetings, and the business center was well-maintained. Breakfast had a good selection, though it could have had more variety. Overall, it was a pleasant and efficient stay—perfect for business travelers. Rating: 4/5

The location was within alley ways. The service and amenities were next to none. The room was renovated but cleanliness could be improved. The shower drain wasn't working well, and the sound proofing was so bad I could hear the TV from the next door all night through the hotel room walls. The internet was lousy as well, it kept on disconnecting or no internet connection, and speeds were so slow that you can't even watch YouTube properly. There were a lot of TV channels unavailable despite they were on the channel list, and the channels keep stopping and loading every few seconds and the TV keep hanging, flickering, then switch off itself every once in a while. You have to have your own internet through your phone, and your own device to watch TV/YouTube/Netflix for your entertainment as there's no useable TV/entertainment at all in the room.

I recommend this hotel...nice ambiance and cute swimming pool ..

Excellent and helpful staff at the reception/front desk namely Claude & Pat. Assisted in booking Grab for me on their personal account & helping me get an adaptor so I could charge my phone overnight Need to walk out to neighbourhood area for lunch & dinner. Sufficient F&B outlets but not so convenient if you are not so adventurous My bedroom doesn't have a view. Hotel is perfect if you have business and are out the whole day. Quite peaceful surroundings

What I truly appreciate about this hotel is its location; it's very convenient and close to the places I wanted to visit. The staff are very accommodating, and the room is quite spacious. One suggestion I have is to include a microwave in the room or at least provide one on each floor so that we can reheat our takeout food during our stay.

House keepers need to be trained more. As usual Filipinos like to please their guests all the time.Hotel is close to many restaurants .
