The hotel provides unlimited bottles of water which is a big plus, I also like the foods in breakfast. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Enjoy the staying.

The front desk staff made special arrangements so that my family was well taken care of for our stay. Friendly and courteous staff all throughout the hotel facilities.

Great location, this was my second stay at the hotel. Super convenient, next to big malls great cinema too, easy to travel to all attraction, if you love food there’s a night market and many eatery places nearby. The hotel dinner hotpot buffet was great, highly recommend. Downside was their executive lounge wasn’t really impressive, have to praised they do have super friendly staff and very helpful too. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 five star.

All good except parking grace period should be change to 10mins for taxi or didi easier accessible

We impressed with the service here. Multiple employees we met, including Peter at the bell desk, were so genuinely helpful and kind. Service is definitely a highlight at this property. The rooms here are very large and comfortable, and the bathroom has a separate shower and tub. The room was very quiet, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel at the main buffet restaurant. In the evening, the seafood buffet was a great experience

Overall very good service experience, especially the front desk and housekeeping colleagues, can communicate with me skillfully in English, barrier-free communication, simply than to Shanghai, Beijing to live more convenient and comfortableDidn't expect to be served so well in a city like this. Fabulous! Everything is great! It is located next to a shopping mall. We didn’t have to cross the road to get to the mall. The service is also great! Thank you very much !

Clean and organised, the access is difficult in the city Center, expect traffic jam at rush hours. Staff and service are good

We stayed at 2207 and also booked a room for my parents at 1519 that had lake view. Overall a great experience. The hotels in smaller cities in China often offer the best value and higher quality and larger rooms. Location is great except that the street in front is very busy and some taxi don’t want to take guests from the hotel because the entrance way costs 5 yuan. You need to explain that for guests the fee can be waived if you register the license plate with the lobby. However this isn’t really common practice so you wouldn’t think of it. Loved the buffet breakfast. Westerners are a rare sight these days (we haven’t seen one). My son who grew up in Canada (but looked Asian) really appreciated the western style breakfast while my family enjoyed Beijing flavored breakfast dishes. Wanda mall is next door so super convenient for dining and shopping! Top value if you come visit Quanzhou.

This was a very nice stay! Great service at this hotel, and the location is very good next a large mall and pedestrian area. Breakfast in the restaurant was very nice and extensive, and we also enjoyed the dinner seafood buffet. Highly recommend.
