因為上午辦事非常順利，按預訂時間提前到達酒店，本想暫存行李到時間再辦理入住。前台接待陳明明聽到我的訴求後，非常熱情的查詢酒店客房情況，立即幫助辦理了入住，並提醒了早餐。因為行程安排的原因第二天早上到大堂諮詢延遲退房問題，非常巧合又遇到明明在值班。她認真詢問了行程時間又專門請示領導，將問題處理的非常圓滿，妻子聽説後，也非常高興和滿意。讓我要對陳明明的服務表示感謝。來齊市幾次入住此酒店，感覺由國脈改名為和美后除了環境衞生，設備硬件有提升外，主要是服務提升的明顯，包括保潔阿姨，門僮，卜奎餐廳的服務員，甚至是後台大廚（晚餐時，媳婦要求少鹽，菜上來後媳婦交口稱讚）服務意識都不錯！希望和美保持好的服務，成為鶴城酒店業的名片。
