酒店非常棒，房間很大，整潔。包三餐，以自助餐形式，食物選擇也不少。服務人員友善熱情。有私人的沙灘，伸延出海的浮橋，下水就是色彩繽紛的珊瑚和魚羣，水面平靜，浮潛可以玩很久。並且離阿拉丁神話般的Farsha Cafe 15分鐘的步行路程。

不錯的酒店，步行可達懸崖酒吧。 房間很多，乾淨，舒服，四星級水準。 情人節還把甜品全做成了愛心形狀，很有細節。

Well what a fantastic holidays the Best 10 days at Reef Oasis Beach Resort!!! Lovely weather +25+28. Beautiful and massive place with 24 hour’s facilities and amazing garden palms cactus flowers . Wi-Fi was really good near the hotel, bars and in the room, but not on the beach.Wow what an amazing friendly helpful polite all staff who can’t do enough for you and always smile. Customers service 1000%👌Lots of pools, one of them was heated but we only used once just because we are beach lovers. Lots of sun beds. You can either walk to the beach which approx 5-10 minutes or you can use little bus which goes from Sentido reef oasis stops at reef oasis and beach . Sea was beautiful and warm with beautiful corals and different fishes, great for snorkelling, good sandy beach, Still enough sun beds even after 10am and lovely boys who given out towels always find a sun beds for you. Good bar on the beach with snacks (pizza, chips, burgers) and drinks. And there is restaurant at top of the hill which serves breakfast and lunch with a nice view. Two groups of animation team always on the beach entertaining everyone with different activities but no presssure. Bedo and Valeria from animation was always easy to aproach and have lovely conversation. Room was massive with a balcony and lovely view to the swimming pool . Bed was very comfortable. Big shower and always hot. Tea , coffee and bottles of water , shampoo, lotions, always refilled every day. Cleanliness is 100% everywhere and I mean everywhere. Lovely waiters Reda, Mazen, Ali, Mohamed always looked after us. Food was fabulous so we only used main restaurant and actually never went to any Ala cart restaurant . Seafood, sushi, meat, Chinese, salads, soups, cakes and drinks ( spirits, wine, beer cocktails). We booked the trip with easy jet to Tiran island which was brilliant. Only went twice to the show which was fine. Every other day Live music at the main bar was brill nice drinks and waiter Ahmed always knew our drinks without repeating and managers Mahmoud and Ahmed always been checking on us if everything ok and we have a quick chat. Later on the day we enjoyed spending time at Columbo bar upstairs to watch football and have lovely cocktails made by professional barman Beshoy. Mohamed guest relations and Amr at reception was always helpful and there for you if needed anything . Sorry couldn’t ask everyones names and sorry if spelled bit wrong, but basically we can’t thanks enough each and everyone at this beautiful place. They all worked so hard and that why makes this place wanted to come back. You made as so happy and feel like home 💖 Egyptian culture is amazing. We miss you already and we are definitely looking forward to comeback next year. Thank you so much beautiful people🙌

Amazing resort especially the entertainment. The animation team created a fun, vibrant and exhilarating environment with loads of activities involving the guests, felt like part of the family and looked forward to all evening entertainment ❤️ Definitely would recommend.

Very good hotel! The property is so big,full of palm trees,cactuses and green plants,there are diffrent shops inside too. Many italian theater shows,but they are fun. The sea is absolutly perfect for shallow swimmers,they don't have to go deep to see corals and fishes. Also the pier is close and gets you into deep waters with absolutly stunning views. The food is pretty good for Sharm,diffrent restaurant options. Wifi only at reception. The dive center has amazing programmes, 6 dives were not enough for all the amazing dive sites😆. I really recommend this hotel if ypu are a fiver or just enjoy a beutiful sea and diverse sea life!

Very beautiful hotel, we would recommend for everyone. The large hotel area is very clean, tidy and well-maintained. Rooms are clean, have air-conditioner and everything you need. To the staff, special compliments. They greet every day with a smile, they know how to make a joke, and they will always give you the best possible service. Ahmed(Ahmeduška), who works in the main bar, he gave us the best service we could get. Cheerful, caring, always making sure we had a drink on the table. As well as animators were joyful also very sociable. Thank you Lera, Yana, Sultan and everyone else. The food very tasty, everyone can find what to eat even vegan or vegetarian people. With your diving goggles and snorkel, you can snorkeling there in the hotel beach zone , where you can see a beautiful reef, lots of fish. You don't even need to take a boat excursion to snorkeling. And few minuses that if you stay in the room near the beach , the hotel’s internet doesn’t work, and could be more heated swimming pools.

It is our 4th stay in Reef Oasis Beach Resort. We are always satisfied with weather, accomodation, food and service. Most of all we liked the work and friendly help of MOHAMED - Guest Relations Manager. He made our vacation really happy! Thanks))

We were satisfied, the room was clean, the beach and the garden were well maintained and clean. The food was delicious, but could have been more varied. The staff were helpful and friendly.(specifically Soshy) Negative: there was no common tip box for the entire staff.

We chose this hotel based on the advertised 5 A La Carte restaurants and the quality of reef. On arrival we were advised that there were only two A la Carte restaurants, when we went to book these we were told they were fully booked for the duration of our stay so we’re not able to use this option. There were two buffets, only one of which was open in the evenings and whilst the food quality was OK it became very repetitive. The hotel is dated in many areas and whilst clean, we had a number of issues including an electrical issue leading to a room change and some drainage problems. Minibar in the room was not stocked. Access to the reef from the floating pontoon was also difficult if you have any mobility issues. As always in Egypt the waiters, lifeguards, and waiters were all very friendly and offered great service.

We stayed for a week here and the only negative thing is not staying longer! We was well looked after by Ahmed our housekeeper who even hand delivered a bouquet of flowers to me for my birthday. Staff are so attentive and can not do enough for you and are never without a smile. Always remember our drink orders whether it was our morning coffee or evening cocktails. Mohammed and Atef at Mos restaurant were brilliant. Food is varied and cooked well. We visited the kebabgy grill and the Indian a la carte which had the best curry I’ve ever had! Khalil in Churchill’s bar was great and even opened the bar early for us one day so my partner could watch a football match. Staff are constantly on the go and the grounds were being maintained daily. Lots of choices of pools and we preferred the quieter ones at Sentido. Beach was great for snorkelling. Would definitely recommend and hopefully be back soon!

Had a great time baring weather a bit too hot. Room was a good Size bit dated, staff excellent always cleaning anything you wanted they did their best to get it for you. Food was good plenty of choice, I thought the alcohol drinks wasn't up to standards beer was a bit hit and miss could do with a couple of choices in the A/I the brandy rubbish wife said the gin was ok. Staff wise all very good from the management down. Special praise for Adult pool bar lads Gehad & Mohamed. wael in the piano bar. The wi fi was ok but not brilliant at times. Pools fantastic.

Wonderful Resort. The family loved it. Our room was comfortable and very well maintained. The food at the buffets is varied and delicious. We booked at each of the included a la carte restaurants which added variety and they are all very good. The staff are fantastic. They made a big fuss with our young children, engaging them in conversation, recommending activities and looking out for them. We booked this resort as we wanted somewhere we were able to snorkel from the beach. The reef is great. The children were able to snorkel independently in the shallows then there is a jetty to the deeper reef which is amazing. We did night time snorkeling arranged by the onsite dive team which was also very special. I would definitely recommend this resort.

One of the best house reefs with healthy rich corals for snorkelling (private beach for direct access). Rooms were very comfortable and very spacious Food buffet was very varied and delicious. There are multiple activities everyday to chill and relax with family and friends

Very nice hotel with a sandy beach and its own reef, good diving school. Lots of swimming pools and a water park Delicious cuisine - Italian, Asian, many different desserts. Beautiful views, especially from the Cytadela restaurant. Beautiful gardens Most importantly, very helpful staff - everywhere - in the restaurant, in bars, by the pools, on the beach, cleaning staff, as well as at the reception - there was no problem with extending the stay due to a late departure The animators are very nice, but the animations are mainly for Italians The only minus is the lack of wi-fi in the rooms Great vacation
