Turquoise Beach Hotel

Our stay at this hotel was beyond disappointing. From the moment we arrived, issues piled up one after another, turning our vacation into a stressful ordeal. The check-in process was painfully slow and disorganized, and the rooms were shockingly cramped and poorly lit. To make matters worse, the air conditioner was ancient, producing loud noises without cooling or heating effectively. The poor design and cleanliness were appalling—our bathtub had broken edges, and I even found a lizard crawling on the curtains! The staff was not only unhelpful but outright rude and dismissive. When we raised concerns about the cleanliness, uncomfortable bedding, and missing items from our room safe, management aggressively denied any wrongdoing, going so far as to accuse us of being "drunk" when we reported it. We also couldn't believe that we were separated into different buildings, with no explanation or willingness to accommodate us closer together. And as if that wasn't enough, they charged extra for a WiFi connection that was so weak it barely worked anywhere outside of the reception area. Adding insult to injury, their overpriced food was not even fresh! The strict cancellation policies and absurd pet fees make this place feel like a prison with none of the promised comforts. Overall, I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Avoid this hotel if you want to save yourself frustration, discomfort, and wasted money!

Never staying here again! The room was dimly lit, cramped, and uncomfortable. The bed left me itching all night, and the staff was dismissive when I complained. The management couldn’t care less about their guests’ comfort or satisfaction. To make matters worse, loud construction noise from a nearby room was constant. WiFi was a paid "extra" that barely worked. This hotel is only focused on taking your money, not providing a pleasant stay. You’ve been warned!

The pool was nice, the pool bar was very nice, the beach was very nice, the sea was very nice, the drink quality was acceptable for the price, the food quality was not very good, the location was very good and very close to the bazaar, the reception staff, room cleaners, bar staff, pool staff, animators were very warm-blooded and very good-humored people, many thanks to Hussam at the pool bar and Mohamed who was watching the swimmers for everything,

The beach is clean and it has a soft clean sand it is good beach and the service here is awesome, everyone is very friendly and helpful specially the animation team they're so joyful and friendly and I really love their activities ( volleyball, stretching, darts, potcha) , the snorkeling here is so fun . I really enjoyed every moment here , I recommend this hotel for everyone Special thanks to gumball and darwin for their efforts ♥️

The beach is amazing, the water is so clear and it's not dirty,,, the animation team (gamble and darwin) is very good and makes a very good vibe and is so fun to be with and talk with,,, the games is so fun like the volleyball and the darts,,, it was a nice experience

It was a nice vacation to have with my cousin and i really loved the animation team specially Gumball and Darwin and how they matched the energy of us and i hope that this is not the last time to see this animation team and sure it won't be my last time in here i will come back again. The room are so comfy and i like the decorations if the hotel. Thanks y'all
