Concorde Moreen Beach Resort

Concorde Moreen Beach Resort & Spa is one of the nicest places to make diving holidays in Egypt - very kind staff, lovely appartment with view to the seaside, breakfast an lunch with buffet in high quality! We liked to dive at the house riff early in the morning - the staff at the diving center was helpful and friendly in every situation! Don´t leave this aerea without seeing Dolphin House - one of the most beautiful diving places we had ever seen! Perfect place to make divinig holidays - we will come again next year!

Fantastic stay at the Concorde moreen beach resort. My husband and I arrived on the 4th Sept to meet 6 others from Germany. We have stayed in Marsa alam many times but this was our first stay at Concorde moreen. Had a lovely room on the 3rd floor in the main building with a beautiful sea view. We were given a room upgrade to a family room. Very spacious and clean. Check in was really quick. We arrived in the early hours so getting into our room quickly was needed. Reception staff were really nice. Ibrahim from house keeping kept our room clean and tidy, fresh towels everyday and some lovely towel art. Tea and coffee making facilities. Mini fridge which contained soft drinks and small bottles of water. And some crisps and chocolate but there was a charge for this. Which seemed a bit silly as you could get soft drinks and water for free anyway. But we were given 2 large bottles of water free each day. The main restaurant was spacious and there was plenty of choice. They had themed nights which are repeated each week. Something for everyone. Food was really good. The chefs work very hard to make sure we are fed well. Mohamed, the restaurant manager was always attentive and made sure our meal times were pleasurable. As a group of 8 he always made sure a table was set up for us. Thank you Mohamed for making sure I had butter at lunch and dinner and for looking after us. All the staff in the main restaurant were really nice and helpful. Beach restaurant was also really nice with great pizzas, burgers sandwiches and fries. Staff there too were really nice. Service was great. We didn't venture to the Italian so I can't comment maybe we will try it next time. Pools and beach. Plenty of sunbeds and fresh towels everyday. Theres a long jetty that you could snorkel from and from just off the beach.We hadd a few days that were redflags, but most of the holiday its was green or yellow. Thank you to Hassan, Abdullah, Shasley and Romi for looking after us. Pool bar. Opens at 10am for all your beverages. Staff also come round the pool and on the beach to take drink orders throughout the day. Thank you Ibrahim at the pool bar. Animation team were all super friendly enjoyed our chats. Aqua gym, darts, bocca, etc plenty going on. Thanks to Echo, Lou and Fatima and the rest of animation. Great shows in the evening. From fire show to pool party, live singers and karaoke. Wasn't a fan of the cobra show though. Don't like to see any creatures being tormented for entertainment. Spa. Had a lovely massage 1 hour. Thank you Meena and Tyson for the information about the treatments and for our chats. And thank you Lolita and Mohamed for our very relaxing massage. Also a gym on site which was free to use. Shops. There are some nice shops in the lobby and a couple on the beach. All the staff were really friendly and not too pushy. Thanks especially to Max. A great, intimate hotel intended more for adults, an ideal place for everyone who wants peace and rest. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff - from room service staff, receptionists, waiters, cooks, animators and managers. Clean rooms, well-functioning air conditioning, clean towels, fresh bottled water every day. All buildings are surrounded by a beautiful garden. Delicious food - everyone will find something for themselves. A fantastic coral reef and a very clean beach. Attractively priced offers of trips and additional activities within the hotel. We definitely recommend it, we will probably come back.

My first vacation in Egypt and I couldn't have chosen better. The hotel staff are very nice, especially the animators who were very friendly. The beach is right next to the hotel and the pool is clean and warm. I would love to return to this hotel. Highly recommend! ☀️

Absolutely fantastic hotel where we spent a family holiday this December. Clean, comfortable and very well equipped rooms. Helpful staff at every stage of our stay, starting with check in, throughout all our stay until we left the hotel. Great entertainers running interesting activities, special thanks to Evette, the girl whose smile never leaves her face. Rooms spotlessly clean, we felt looked after throughout our stay and here too a special thanks to Hamdy who kept our rooms tidy every day. Food and restaurant service of the highest standard, all facilities neat and clean, spa available and quite well equipped gym. We would absolutely recommend this place and will definitely return next year.

The hotel has a lot of advantages, but it also has disadvantages. The beach is really nice - you can go down to the deep water and it also has the shallow part, you can find a lot of beautiful fish and other sea creatures everywhere. There is also a beautiful garden. The rooms are fine, cleaned daily. The food is good, the choice is not huge, but sufficient, everyone can find something. I highly recommend La carte restaurant and the paid seafood dinner. Drinks are ok. All staff was friendly. The animation team are nice, smiling people. Unfortunately, the level of entertainment is rather low. Evening performances start late (about 9.30/10 pm), so after dinner it is rather boring, and the evening entertainment it is not super exiciting. The biggest disappointment was the information on how the check-out process goes. Due to our late departure, we asked about the possibility of extending our stay in the room. We found our that there is such a possibility but paid extra which is not a big surprise, while a big and unpleasant surprise is the necessity to pay for meals. If you don't pay you can only enjoy soft drinks and snacks (leftovers from breakfast and lunch such as cold french fries). We have been in many countries and hotels and in no case have we encountered such treatment of guests after check-out. There are no cafes, restaurants in the area around the hotel, so there are no other options but to pay extra for meals at the hotel. This should change In summary, if you are looking for a quiet place and are not interested in entertainment, this may be a good choice.
