Everything is perfect. The animation team is great especially Mahmoud and tarik and hady and lody and Khaled and Magda. Roomster are clean, location not far from the airport. Food is delecious. Seaview is amazing.

I was really impressed with how amazing this hotel was. The stuff are all super nice and always trying to help. The landscape is really so beautiful well maintained and well studied. Each spot creates an amazing seating area. There were many seating areas everywhere. The food was so clean with good ingredients. The weather was amazing with cool air and sunny all the time. The show at night is always in front of the resturant, which make it so easy to enjoy the night show while having dinner. All rooms has amazing pool side seaview. The pasta station make so delicious pasta Cons: The food variety and taste, wasn’t so good. The food at the beach bar was very poor variety, I only ate there 1 time. The resort is spacious and needs walking a lot which is kind of exhausting. The sandy part of the beach is so small, pretty but small. The sea is amazing but with high waves, if you are not a good swimmer don’t go there. There is a level difference between beach and other areas around a floor and half, you should be able to walk and get stairs a lot. The rooms are nice and clean but the toilets are renovated and super clean. There was no toiletries!! We kept asking many times to get some and still there was no conditioner. We only got shampoo, shower gel and body lotion. Our room was 5804 , ground floor. Was so close to pool and beach yet very far from main building and resturant.

Big and nice rooms, a beautiful garden, good food, many waterslides, friendly employees. Especially the kids club with the Ludi from the animation team was great, the kids loved to be there. Nice Coral Reefs at the beach, but often the waves are to big to snorkel with small kids. But the hotel offers a small snorkeling trip every day for free to a place whith less waves.

Excellent service and great rooms. Swimming in sea or in one of the many swimming Pools. Eat and drink all around the area throughout the whole day. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. Free towels and poolbeds. Everything is very well organised. There are plenty opportunities for trips for a reasonable price.

Best staff in restaurant (Mohamed Abdo), and Best animation team Ludi, Mahmoud, Momo, Tarek. They are really friendly and funny. Ebery day we have activity and you will not get bored. We are here for the second time and we can say that this vacation and animation team is much better. Everything here is good. ❤️ Evening shows are was so funny. The food here is really good. We also like the room, they ADW always clean and they look like new. We will come again for sure.

Good resort. We enjoyed holiday. I can recommend to choose this instead of Akassia Swiss resort which is close to it and have same aquapark. Hotel is newer and Akassia Swiss looks like 3 star hotel compering to this one. Service and food is much better
