Not a bad hotel for a quick stay, but the rooms are small. And it should be noted that there are not that many facilities to enjoy. I think the location is not bad (right by Darling Harbour), but it's in a nearby street that at night can be very quiet. The lobby is pretty as well as the building.

Very nice room!! Small but cozy 🤍 and staff are so nice Was there with my bf for Anniversary And it's in easy to travel by tram to travel in Sydney Recommended 💖💖💖

room smells moldy, water they provided tastes funny. light turned on by itself in the middle of the night, staff members weren’t able to help much

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is about a 5 minute walk to Darling Harbour and ICC building. All-around great hotel fully recommended staying here if you wish to stay in the city.

Needs a good clean, walls need painting or cleaned, carpet all frayed. Iron but no board. Shower dirty, cleaned before I got in. Aircon unit stuck on cold which I discovered at 1:44am

I loved this quirky wee hotel! Staff were always helpful and friendly, the room was quiet, spotless and comfortable and it's in a lovely position close to Darling Harbour - so easy to get into the CBD. There's an on site restaurant, I only had breakfast once during my stay but that's only because I had plans most days so had brekkie out - It was fabulous! 100% recommend this smashing hotel!

Gorgeous hotel, got a very noisy room the first night ( I believe it’s the outdoor unit of the aircon, old building of course) moved to a different room the next night, then the room never got hearted, well, I gave up, overall, it’s still a good stay, I will come back. Hopefully by then the aircon will be fixed.

Lovely hotel, free lolly bar. We had breakfast included and it was very nice. Close by the water and staff are really friendly

Great hotel with clean and comfortable surrounds, a great location for us, who were on a business trip to the Int. Convention Centre. Our only concern was the service in the cafe/restaurant. The continental breakfast was $21 and looked like it came from Coles. One day we waited about 15 mins for a coffee and it was cold. The night we stayed for dinner, it seemed like there was no one in charge - we were sent to sit and wait for a table. No one came to get us, the supervisor wouldn't attend to us and then told me to ask the bar staff for table 40, but the bar staff were not willing to seat us. Eventually a reception staff intervened so we could be seated, there was no apology or acknowledgment that we had been waiting 15 mins for a table that had no other customers and had previously been reserved for us!
