"1. Receptionist wasn’t welcoming upon entry during check-in. He just said sign here..here..here. 2. Walk way from reception entry all the way to the room in side the building all the lights are either completely off or few bulbs on. Very dark place. 3. I didn’t know I have to ask for WiFi password! 4. The room wasn't properly ready. All bathroom dispensers empty of soap, shampoo, conditioner. 5. The toilet jet spray not working properly. 6.No dedicated outlets to charge our phones, I went to ask the receptionist and he said “pull the plug from the lamp to use the outlet” SERIOUSLY?!? 7. The bed seems like it is going to break apart. 8. Restaurant wasn’t ready to serve food during dinner hours. We had to wait 1 hour for our food. And our all inclusive dinner only means food included , which means we had to pay for water! SERIOUSLY? 9. If this Hotel wants to cater to foreigners then this hotel needs some serious international hospitality training and policies set in place. 10. If any foreigner come to this place and give this hotel 4 or 5 stars then they don’t have any idea of hotel standards. I understand not everyone will have the same experience as us, but I hope you might have a better one then we did. "

"The stay was good. But the staff was rude and irresponsible. We booked a flexible checkin where we could check out 24 hours after the check in via make my trip. The hotel people asked for extra money saying that they dont have any flexiblity option and told us they have nothing to deal with make my trip flexibilities. We had to contact make my trip to sort our issue as the hotel showed complete irresponsibility and rudeness from their side."

"Excellent location at 10 minutes walking distance from Pushkar lake and town. Perfect condition, room and premices very clean and well maintained. Large and bright room, very good beds. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Swimming pool clean and pleasant. Yoga shala and massage room on site. Vegetarian food made at the last minute fresh and tasty. Overall a very good 10 days stay experience. I strongly recommend. Dom Calzia"
