Heaven!! The staff make the hotel, they are all brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and they work so hard! We stayed half board for 7 nights and the food was outstanding! We did choose to eat at the pizza place next door one night and the pizzas were next level. There was so much choice for breakfast. You can choose to sit outside and order your eggs off menu if fancied something different! A couple of points: -There is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. -No irons are available. You will have to pay if you want something ironed. So come prepared or wear creased! -Water is 5/6 euros a bottle, so if you want to stay hydrated, visit the supermarket down the hill, about a 10 minute walk and stock up. You could also buy some wine for the room. There is a fridge in the room. -Try the club sandwich! There is plenty enough for 2 to share -Make sure you explore the garden, make your way to the top, sit on the chairs and take in the views. -You can easily take public transport from Olbia airport, takes about 2.5 hours, but it will safe plenty of money for cocktails! (Just Google map it) All in all, an outstanding holiday! Thank you to the staff!

Excellent boutique hotel. The concierges at the desk and the entire staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming. This really made our time in Sardinia special. The location in is in the heart of Palau with great energy. We enjoyed walking right outside the hotel going and going around the town, going for a drink and dinner. Our room had a beautiful view of the sea and was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The excursion with the boat company the hotel set up for us was a highlight of our time. Not far from Olbia airport. Can easily take the bus to travel to other parts of Sardinia. Highly recommend.

Dopo 20 anni (ne avevo all'epoca 15-16) sono ritornata al Bagalino con la mia famiglia e mio figlio di 2 anni. Ricordavo il Bagaglino come un villaggio bellissimo, uno dei più belli della zona, ben tenuto, con 20 animatori professionisti che ti accoglievano all'arrivo, ristoranti e tante attività di intrattenimento...bei tempi forse! Oggi il Bagalino, seppur sia sempre una bella struttura di base con appartamenti confortevoli, è un dormitorio in totale fase di abbandono...un vero peccato! Nucleo centrale in costruzione in quanto parte di esso venduto a terzi. Animazione inesistente se non per 30 minuti alla sera per i bimbi senza alcun tipo di intrattenimento per noi genitori, infatti non è possibile prenedere ne un drink ne un gelato in quanto il bar è sempre chiuso ad eccezione di 2-3 serate al mese (assurdo nel mese di agosto) Spiaggia sempre molto grande e bella, come poche, ma ci sono solamente tre file di lettini assegnati a sorte la sera prima alle 18.30 perciò, se sei in escursione o a passeggio altrove e non presidi l'estrazione, perdi il turno. Ti garantiscono comuque due lettini e, previa disponibilitò, un piccolo ombrellone portatile. Servizio ristorazione e bar in spiaggia affidato a terzi, non di qualità, sempre vuoto e con prezzi oltre l'assurdo. Gli appartamenti sono carini, noi avevamo un bilocale superior con un grande terrazzo vista mare. Pulizie supericiali e frettolose, la cucina non viene neanche considerata se non per un costro extra. Suggerisco di riporre sempe con cura gli effetti personali...fidarsi è bene ma non fidarsi è meglio! 4 giorni su 7 abbiamo avuto problemi con l'aria condizonata nella camera tanto che abbiamo dovuto gestire da soli l'impianto imparando dal tecnico (gentilissimo) che ogni giorno era li e rimediava provvisoriamente. Dopo 4 giorni hanno provveduto a risolvere il problema su nostra insistenza. Personale della reception è disponibile ma ha tantissimo da imparare! c'è un sistema di comunicazione con la reception tramite whatspp per chattare quando ne hai bisogno. In conclusione noi siamo stati bene perchè non abbiamo avuto tante pretese e siamo persone attive ed indipendenti però non vi aspettante più il villaggio di 20 anni fa!

Great deal for a stay in April. Wonderful front desk person named Marialouisa. The breakfast buffet was very nice, especially since it was included! The hotel is definitely not four stars—a solid three stars is accurate. Our biggest issue was that they locked the heat at 78 degrees. We asked the front desk about this but they said they couldn’t do anything and we should keep the window open. Problem with that is the winds on the island can be extremely strong and it was blowing up to 40mph during our stay. Plus ferries dock right outside the hotel every ~5 mins so there’s a lot of noise when you keep the window open. The front desk said they don’t turn on the AC until the summer months so keep in mind that your room may be 78 degrees in non-summer months! We loved the town and the island and overall the hotel was a good deal for its April pricing.

Maître Franco and his stuff know how to deliver the combination of quality food and perfect service. The beaches Reparata and Ponente are free of charge and beautiful. The free shuttle to Santa Teresa is a sign of perfect service. Roberto and his entertainment staff were very funny and always tried to entertain you. Its the first time in my life that I would say: perfect holiday
