Went to Punta Cana for business trip and stayed at the AC Punta Cana for 4 days. Location was great, close to shopes, grocery store, restaurants, and entertainment. Elvi from the AC provided exceptional service and made sure my friends and I were taken care of our entire stay. Ask for him if you're ever at the AC Punta Cana. This review is for the UNIQUE part of Lopesan Costa Bavaro. My wife and I spent 4 nights in May 2023. We had an amazing time during our stay that was nothing short of amazing. Our butler Victor was amazing and made sure no question went unanswered, no request was too much for him. We spent most of our time in the UNIQUE specific amenities (Restaurant/Bar/Beach/Pool) – the breakfast and lunch buffet very tremendous, the food was great and there was something for everyone. We especially enjoyed the fresh passionfruit at breakfast. The service at the beach was great, rarely did we not have a passionfruit margarita in our hands. The restaurants for dinner (We did the Steakhouse, the French restaurant, the UNIQUE only restaurant and the restaurant where UNIQUE members don’t have to pay extra to eat at) where all really good – the food was always very tasty, the presentation was appealing to the eye and service was friendly and fast. The room was clean, quiet and we always came back to a perfectly made room after our time at the beach. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Four of us stayed at this great beach hotel for two weeks of beach heaven. The whole team are quick to make you feel comfortable and service the whole tour was incredible. Our rooms were close to each other so we did end up the girls doing our hair etc and the boys outside waiting for us on a few occasions. Very comfortable rooms here, professional maid service daily. We met up most nights at one of the restaurants to catch up and enjoy the great food. Big, safe beaches with beds and there is a small private area, we enjoyed walking for miles, it has some stunning views, not to mention the wildlife. It was a fantastic lazy time for us and such a good space to just enjoy the natural beauty of such a great location. Highly recommended.

Our stay at TRS Cap Cana was FANTASTIC! Yes, there is algae, but that did not take away from the great time my husband and I had. The hotel is beautiful despite some updating it may need. The staff was so friendly; Alejandro was a master at the grill. The waiters, Baily, Juan, and Melvin, were phenomenal. Angel, the pool bartender, made delicious mixed drinks. The vibe is quiet which I loved. We went to Punta Cana for much-needed R&R and TRS was just the place for that. We plan to return.
