Wonderful stay, fantastic location, by the lake,comfortable beds, kind and knowledgeable staff. Excellent shopping for silver jewelry and crystals. Food is excellent. Enjoyed the art decorating the hotel. Most beautiful sunrise from the comfort of my bed

The service is very good, always attentive to the customer's request. I would like to mention Miss Jimena for her kindness and the service she provides. Her service is very fast and friendly, she suggests the dishes appropriately and explains the content of the menu clearly. Her attentive and helpful treatment is an excellent letter of introduction for Taypikala Lago Hotel.

Located in the Pre-Inca historical area, with ancient architecture protected and preserved in the center of this hotel... makes it an ideal choice. One safe city block from upscale local flavor restaurants and authentic local artesian street markets. The rooms are comfortable and clean, but no room refrigerator. I did not notice the obvious ADA compliance supports. The hotel common areas and dining room were not well lighted and reliance on natural sunlight seemed to be a theme. This hotel is in the heart of the action and festivals and celebrations can be heard from the windows. The food is excellent! I especially liked the vegetarian selections.

This hotel is stunningly beautiful. The landscaping is dynamic with a labyrinth, meditation area and lots of different gathering spots. The hallways are filled with authentic cultural artifacts that enrich the experience. The views of Lake Titikaka are incredible as is sunrise. Ask for a room with a view of the lake. I will admit the food service was slow and underpar, but the food was good. I definitely would stay there again.

Sight lines for the hotel to Lake Titicaca were wonderful. Full facilities including pool. Beautiful gardens. Hotel staff accommodating. Oxygen was a nice touch. Shopping in the property was superior. Only problem was extremely slow restaurant service

Out of the town of Puno on the edge of lake Titicaca this is a stunning in hot beautiful hotel set in gardens with all kinds of flowers. A shop that sells Peruvian products… all good quality. The breakfast was lovely a big selection to suit all tastes. And the staff are all attentive and helpful

The hotel is situated right beside the Lake Titicaca. I actually cried when I got into my room and saw that I could see the lake from my room. It´s only a short walk from the hotel to the lake where I enjoyed the beautiful sunrise and sunset. The garden is marvelous with a lot of small spaces for relaxation and meditation. Delicious food. A lots of exotic fruits in the morning. Super friendly staff. If you need a boost of oxygen because of the altitude you can have 5 min for free at the reception. If the owner Jorge Luis Delgado is there ask him to see his beautiful collection of textiles and other local items.

This beautiful hotel sits right on Lake Titicaca and has great energy, ambience, and spirit!! The sculptures, artwork, friendly staff, cleanliness and offerings all made for a positively memorable and fantastic stay. What a way to enhance a Peruvian experience!

Beautiful view of Lake Titicaca, the sunrise and stars. Gorgeous gardens, flowers, birds, labyrinth, and fountains!!! Helpful and kind staff, even found a kayak so I could go out on the water. Delicious, local fruit filled breakfast buffet.
