เราทำให้ผ้าปูที่นอนเปื้อน และโรงแรมก็เรียกเก็บค่าบริการผ้าปูที่นอนเต็มผืนพร้อมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม ซึ่งอยู่ที่ 1,600 เหรียญสหรัฐฯ นอกจากนี้ เจ้าหน้าที่แผนกต้อนรับยังหัวเราะเยาะเราในขณะที่เราจ่ายเงินอีกด้วย ไร้ความเป็นมืออาชีพอย่างมาก

ห้องน้ำแย่มาก ก๊อกน้ำเสียและรั่วซึม เราต้องขนสัมภาระไปที่ห้องเอง ไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่คอยดูแล เราจองห้องหรูหราสำหรับ 3 คน แต่ไม่ได้ห้องหรูหราเพราะห้องไม่พร้อม และยังไม่มีผ้าห่มเพิ่มให้คนที่ 3 ด้วยซ้ำ ในห้องน้ำมีผ้าเช็ดตัวให้แค่ผืนเดียว ขาดการต้อนรับขั้นพื้นฐานไปโดยสิ้นเชิง จะไม่จองโรงแรมนี้อีก

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay Experience I had a wonderful experience staying at Supreme Hotel for almost 30 days. The hotel provides a very comfortable and peaceful environment which is perfect for both short-term and long-term stays. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well maintained. Housekeeping does a great job keeping everything hygienic and organized. The staff is very polite, friendly, and always ready to help, which made my stay even more comfortable. One of the best parts of my stay was the buffet breakfast and dinner. The food is very delicious with good variety, and everything is fresh and well prepared. It really feels like home-style food. The location in Kalyani Nagar is excellent, with easy access to offices, restaurants, and transport facilities, which is very convenient for business travelers. Overall, I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pune. Thank you to the entire team for the great hospitality!
