The service was an absolute standout. From the moment I stepped into the lobby to when I checked out, the care I received from service staff was unparalleled. The room was huge and beautiful too, the only downside are the filthy windows, probably time for some window cleaning. Location was alright, other than a small but upscale mall beside the hotel there was nothing much, but since I was there for business it was fine.

Very attentive staffs, they will really take a good care of you when you’re staying there

One of the best hotel in Pune..Pubs and Lounges to go around if staying on weekends.

Service is personal and amazing. Especially Mr Kalra and the chef who went out of the way to serve Halim. Deepak Khanna

A very good hotel situated in heart of the city. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staffs are nice and service friendly. The bar section needs some improvement in terms of variety in bar and the road near the hotel is always busy with local people.

The Westin Pune, we had fabulous executive lounge experience in Market. Very polite and efficient staff specially Ajinkya took really good care of us. Shaw was served mouth watering moctails to my family. Great ambience, felt like home, delicious appetizer and dessert. Whenever I visit in pune my first choice to The Westin Pune for stay.

My review is focused on the food and drinks at the Westin! If you are looking for exceptional service, great food, as well as some amazing cocktails, try Market, Westin! Special shoutout to Rishikesh, who ***ages the bar at the Market! He crafts some of the best cocktails I’ve had! Try his Gin Mary or whatever you fancy, it’s all awesome! The chefs are really good too, with meticulous preparations for each meal! Highly recommend the place overall!
