The room is very run down and not worth the price we paid. The most severe issue was that there was no hot water and the water pressure is too low. The other issues include the towels and bed sheet having brown stains and the plug points casing is removed from the walls. Also, most of the furniture is spoilt particularly all the drawers are not able to close. We complained to the hotel about there being no hot water but nothing was done. We followed up with the front desk and they said there was nothing they can do. Breakfast was very mid.

I wouldn't stay here again if it was free. This isn't a 4 star hotel. And certainly not a 5 star hotel as the manager claimed. I could only laugh as I faced the multitude of problems during my stay. I tried 4 different rooms: they all had problems and most notably urine stained bedding  Bad breakfast with little selection, watered down juices full of sugar, no replenished food. One coffee maker? I had to wait 20 minutes before it brewed again. If you stay here, you had better not come for breakfast after 8am unless you want the worst breakfast experience of your life. Terribly loud music in the beach on weekends until after 11. Empty trash by the pool until 10am. No pool towels on multiple days. Poor/nonexistant security Poor maintanance  Poor management that did not address many of the problems during my stay. I gave up AC leaking, fixed but not cold Not replenished room supplies, had to ask for coffee and toilet paper multiple times. Closet lights that didn't turn off. Stained towels. Patio door didn't lock. Uncomfortable beds. Wifi was slow and intermittently cut out. I had to be given the IT's account to use, and it still had problems. Laughably small gym. The only good thing about the hotel was the location, something the deficient management had no control over

Not recommended. Hotel room is dirty when we checked in. A lot of hair on the floor. Did not expect this kind of things for a 4star hotel. Breakfast with limited choice. Nothing special about this hotel eventhough is a 4star hotel. No nightlife around this area. Staff is good & helpful.

Allora l hotel niente di speciale ...... e in quanto alle.camere io sono capitato al 5 pianto su un lati dove non gli hanni fatto neanchd una finestra ..... c e una vetrata ma nin si puo aprire nie te solo aria condizionata ....... un inferno sconsigliatussimo e il wifi fa schifo

早餐相當豐盛！面朝大海。比較安靜！

Grootte hotel in top locatie, goede service en goede eten. Jammer genoeg is onderhoud en schoonheid van de kamer niet de beste.

離庫塔海灘很近，走過去幾分鐘，房間很一般，裏面還套個個門，怪怪的，早餐就餐環境很好，能看到大海，早餐是自助的，種類不算少，味道很印尼，吃不習慣

這個酒店位置還是可以的，服務也是ok的。槽點都在圖裡，配了文字註釋的。總而言之～慎入！
