因為參加婚禮選擇了這家酒店入住，感覺真的還挺不錯的。比坎昆的全包要貴一丟丟，但服務啥的都還不錯。唯一不妙的就是這家酒店不大，但可以預約到高級晚餐，總體來説，還是不錯的。如果是年輕人，推薦奢華一室居，非常安靜，設施也很新。

Dirty & lack of choices of food. you think you are staying at the resort but actually staying at another resort they purchased= a lot of walking. no taxi available in the mornings (had to walk out and find our own), miss placed the towel card and had to pay $40 for the plastic key card. Sink wouldn’t drain, had to ask twice to get it fixed (wasn’t fixed). You do get what you pay for in this case. It’s cheap and you get cheap

The service by the staff at the resort was excellent. All staff seemed to be willing to help and tried to please guests as much as possible. The resort facilities are average, but the rooms are very old and run down. We had a room with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One toilet leaked onto the floor the entire time and wouldn't flush after the second day. There were towel racks falling off of the wall and the walls and ceilings had lots of patch marks and sloppy finishing work. The room did not have a fridge in it which was unexpected. As well, we were in the mountain section and the noise was quite disturbing in the early hours of the morning (parkade traffic on metal grates, kitchen prep, leaf blowers, etc) usually starting anywhere between 4:30am and 6:30am. The beach is not as nice as the resorts on either side of this one and there aren't any beach activities taking place. In fact, that's an area that is a little lacking... activities and attractions. There is usually one "show" put on each night for an hour or less for some entertainment, but in most cases not entertaining enough to watch the entire thing. Overall the resort definitely needs some TLC and if you have the option, do not stay in the Mountain section unless you can't get the room amenities you need on the beach/tower section. We weren't in the room much, so it wasn't a huge deal. However, the staff at the resort is what made the stay worth while. The staff and their service is the saving grace here.

We had a great time. Good size, great service, clean, real Mexican vibe, good food options, several restaurants. Close to airport and the old town.

Older resort but in decent shape. Don't expect a 5 star as you'll be disappointed. But overall, the food was decent, the staff were awesome, and it was a great time. Very safe to go walking around outside of the resort. Tons of things to do and see in PV! Only negative was the fact there was no refrigerator in the room. As a type 1 diabetic, this was an inconvenience. But I kept it at the front desk fridge and there were no issues!

The hotel is fairly old but the staff and friendliness along with the excellent food and service more than made up for the age of the hotel. I would stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay, the rooms are old, they look old, poor lighting, TVs are horrible and lack now days streaming platforms (Disney , Max, etc.), I’m not asking for them to buy a membership, I’m just asking for their TVs to support these apps. Some of the employees joke a bit too much, we asked one of the waiters if he could please bring us some snacks, he said “NO” and then started laughing saying it was just a joke, I don’t appreciate that, specially if he’s getting tipped for his service. I also ran into a couple employees that were not too nice, (most of them were). Other than this, I absolutely loved the pools, the food, OMG, the food was delicious, being a local makes it pretty hard for me to find a good hotel with good food. Everything else was perfect, just fix your rooms. I’d gladly come back.

This hotel was such a disappointment. I organized a trip for my parents and they had a bad experience from the moment they arrived. The staff was not helpful with resolving a reservation error. The hotel was old and not as nice as in the pictures. The food was also disappointing for what is paid for an all inclusive hotel. My parents said this was by far their worst experience ever.

The first room I was given on the mountain side was used lol, the bed was a mess, the shower curtain was down and stuffed behind the toilet. They moved me right away, the food was ok and the drinks were good.
