Marboka Hotel & Suites

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. I stayed here with my two friends from 26th to 29th December 2025. The guy at the reception, Franko, was too rude. There were a number of problems with the room, the towels had big stains on them, there was big dirty stain on one of the bedspread, the shower nobs came off while turning them. We had to leave the shower on for 10 minutes before any hot water came out of it. When we told the guy at the reception he told us that we washed everything, it's not dirty. Also, the hotel next to this one was giving snorkeling gear for 65 Pesos, while this one tried charging us 150 for one hour which doesn't include the vest. When we reached out to the reception guy that we are guests of this hotel and the next hotel is giving it to their guests for 65. He very rudely said, "go get in that hotel then" when the other hotel only gave the equipment to their guests. You're better off booking any other hotel, this is too expensive and honestly not worth it.

Not only did we have great views, excellent AC, clean rooms daily, but the staff was always accommodating to anything we needed, from beach towels to restaurant recommendations. Absolutely a great stay! They also have 20% discounts on activities for staying with them!
