This hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the airport, which makes it incredibly convenient for travelers. They offer a free shuttle to the airport, which was very helpful. The breakfast was also decent, with enough variety to start the day well. Although my check-in experience wasn’t perfect, the staff handled it as best they could. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived, and since the hotel was fully booked, I didn’t get the twin room I had reserved. However, they were quick to accommodate my family by adding an extra bed for the kids, which made the situation more manageable. Overall, the location, amenities, and helpful staff make this hotel a solid choice for airport travelers. With a little improvement in managing bookings, it would be even better.

This is a close to as good as it gets in Palawan. The hotel is modern, well kept, and located close to top restaurants, shopping, and area attractions such as the Bay Walk and public market. Water pressure must be called out because it is rare in surrounding hotels and it is more than adequate. The gym, pool, pool bar, spa, and business center were all nice convivences that made use very easy

I had a lovely stay at Best Western Plus The Ivywall Hotel - Palawan. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making sure every guest felt at home. Their hospitality truly made the experience special. The location is excellent, 10 minute walk SM Mall, which is perfect for shopping, dining, currency exchange and even picking up essentials like a Globe SIM card for easy connectivity. Whether you're here for business or leisure, the convenience of having everything close by is a huge plus. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms that offer a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The amenities, including free Wi-Fi and great dining options, add to the overall experience.

The hotel is situated in tge proximity of the airport, restaurants and coffee shops. Breakfast was good. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the hotel overall is quiet. Reccomend.

My son and I arrived at the hotel from 2 different locations, and from the beginning at check-in, throughout our stay, we were very impressed with all the support.  Yes, the hotel is great… good facilities, excellent breakfast, and well located just outside the noisier and busier town centre, but within walking distance.  But the attention of the staff was excellent.  We had some situations that arose from our end, and the front office team always found solutions.  A big thank you to Kay, Joyce, Martin and Cheenee, and the interns Andrianne and Marty for assisting us from the very beginning.  Wé would definitely stay again when stopping at Puerto Princesa.

The Staff young enthusiastic, hospitable, warm, accommodating, and willing to go beyond’ the call of Duty.   The breakfast offerings were both local and international.  The staff was even ready to make fresh hot ginger tea from scratch.  The service from laundry to the doormen and transport persons to the airport was both professional and kind.  Our shuttle driver Jhong as well as the whole welcoming staff was discerning.  I was  so impressed when upon our arrival they could see that my travel companion was in need of a wheelchair.  And to top it all off we were provided with a cool ginger tea.  Wow! Wow! Wow!     We can’t wait to return to the Best Western/Ivywall.

I spent a week in Palawan ..a3 night stay was at the 5 star Princessa garden Island resort located in Puerto princessa and 3 nights in the Seda lio of Elnido and to be honest, the friendliness and politeness of the staff in Best Western exceeded by far the staff in the 2 resorts previously mentioned. Location was excellent..breakfast was very good with many choices..rooms are okay I would definitely stay there again

Location is absolutely nice if you are fly in Puerto Princesa Airport. Staff are great and very cordial.

Great stay! The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and accommodating, and they helped with a late checkout. The free airport shuttle was a convenient bonus. Highly recommend!

It’s ok… the breakfast, the pool, the service is ok. Small adjustments would make it better eg refilling breakfast items and when asking reception a question their go to answer seemed to be no. For example, can I have a spare key? Can we have our room cleaned. Both got a response of no. When I asked for further clarification it became an err yes. You need a spare key to go to the pool, the spa, the gym etc so they need to think of a better system . We’d been out all day and left the sign asking for cleaning. Got home and it wasn’t done so we asked when popping out for dinner. Overall, not bad if you want a motel style. A bit rusty otherwise

BW Plus Ivywall is conveniently located near the PPS airport. This is perfect for those who have to get to the airport early for their flights or who arrive late in Puerto Princesa.

Very nice hotel with excellent breakfast and big rooms. The only issue is lack of water pressure in the shower as well as the sink doesn't drain fast so it fills up. But overall very good hotel.
