Incredible big room with lots of sockets (USB sockets would have been great!) a view over the forest. Breakfast was very good,dinner was all right. However, I particularly want to thank the young gentleman receptionist. I arrived sans luggage (still in Sao Paolo), with my debit card not working and my phone out of battery power because of trying to sort out the luggage and card problems. Anyway, the receptionist, whose name unfortunately I didn't catch, went far above and beyond his remit to be helpful and supportive. Gold Star!

Lovely place to stay -comfortable and rustic and in keeping with the surroundings. Dinner and buffet breakfast were good. Swimming pool was too cold to be used Jonathan was a delightful employee who took us on a short but enjoyable bike ride and a very informative nature walk around the hotel

A very nice setting but this hotel does not reach its full potential. The breakfast was quite good and the location was tranquil and leafy. The room was musty when we arrived. The shower worked well but the finish of the bathroom was poor and felt grubby. There was no free bottled water in the room even though the general guidance is not to drink the tap water at Iguazú. On a positive note, the poolside area was quite pleasant.

Good location but room (earth room - with balcony) was run down and smelt mouldy. The bathroom in particular looked shabby, with stained sealant and holes in the tiles around the shower attachment. There was no complementary water provided in the room, and no kettle. The mosquito netting around the balcony had been badly patched making it look unloved and scruffy. Staff in restaurant and bar seemed completely uninterested in providing any service. It could be a lot better with a bit of management.

Stayed here for the last leg of our Argentina visit. Overall the hotel was ok. Rooms were good and well maintained - the jacuzzi in the room was nice. It was deep enough for 2 people to sit in it completely. The room was clean, the pool was good, the restaurant in the lodge was pretty decent - their breakfast and dinner meals were good. Overall it was good, not as great as we had hoped for our last stay in Argentina.

The place is old and tired. Our room was shabby, badly in need of redecorating. There are newer rooms - the ones they show in their pictures- but we didn’t have one of those. Restaurant also average. Think poor version of Center Parcs. On the plus side the staff are friendly and you are right in the rainforest which is nice.

Great place into the Jungle!! Disfrutamos mucho estar 4 días en este hotel - El restaurant ofrece variedad y comida tipica del lugar, proba la Mandioca o el Pacú! Es super tranquilo y se disfrutan los sonidos de la selva - las habitaciones super comodas!

Horrible experience. I went there to spend three nights and I had to switch to another hotel after the first night. It is supposed to be a 4-star hotel, but it is overrated. Maybe in the past was good, but not today. They have barely invested money in maintenance and everything is quite old and dirty. The mattress was yellow and old. The blankets were dirty with plenty of stains. The corners of the room were black. The bathroom mirror was rusty. Some parts of the walls and doors were shaded because of the dirt. The sunblind was kind of broken. Our room was a middle-category room, so I just don't want to imagine how was the standard room. The food, as well, was not good. I tried the Caesar salad and the presentation as well as the chicken was not good. In my humble opinion, it is a dish that is hard to cook it badly. When we told them they offered another room with the same category. We just preferred not to try and they reimbursed the money for the nights we didn't spend. Maybe the worst part was that there were no apologies for the inconvenience. Such a horrible experience.
