It was an okay stay. The hotel and room's look were as expected but it felt short in cleanliness and amenities. We found a cockroach in the room and it didn't smell great when we entered. Shower handle was broken. Wifi was too slow in our room. The great thing about the place is the location and pool. It's a few steps away from the beach.

The room is clean and the big enough to accommodate 4 guest but we booked a room with pool view but the room that was given to us is not pool view. Some staff is approachable and have friendly aura. Overall our stay is still good.

Honest Review Pros: - The lady who was in charge (We think she's the manager) is really nice and helpful. - Distance: THIS WAS THE ULTIMATE DEAL. Hotel is near the beach and most of the local restaurants so we didn't experience any problem. (I recommend the cafe and 'Terminal' near the beach 😊) - AC and the room was perfect. It was really hot outside and the temp plus the room felt really homey and comfy - The hotel was really pretty or what we call aesthetic. My baby really liked the designs - Free breakfast and coffee was a good deal, but don't expect too much. - How much we got the reservation for 3d2n. Great offer from this app :) - Staff are nice especially the ones in the restaurant. Wasn't able to ask her name but she was a waiter there and also served our food (afternoon) and the guy who was at the front desk when we checked out Cons: - Service fee. I do understand that this is necessary to support the staff, but if you are on a tight budget it might be better to eat outside (sorry...) - Food was too expensive for the quality and the quantity... I recommend the chicken inasal since it had a big portion. - Room service and cleanliness - Manager said we could ask for a room service and we could just call them of we need one. We called them on our second day and we waited until our stay ended but no onr came to clean 😅 The girl who answered the phone was kinda masungit or maybe it was the tone of her voice. She told me that they are quiet busy at the moment and told me to just wait - I do understand if they're short staffed or something? But the dirt was kinda bothering us already so we just tried to clean the room on our own - Cockroaches and ants. So in connection to my previous review... Yes, there are cockroaches in the room especially the bathroom. It doesn't help that they don't clean the rooms daily. - Breakfast is not a room service. You have to go down to the restaurant and eat it there. - Room view. Our room was in the corner of the hotel. Our view was okay because we are can view the pool... And our neighbors ac unit lmao. On the plus side since the units were emitting hot air, it was easier for us to dry our towels 😂 It was really different from the picture. - Pool was kinda dirty - Overpriced goods. They have a mini store in the hotel but it would be better to pack up snacks or drinks before coming here. - OUTSIDE FOOD ARE NOT ALLOWED. Better be careful when bringing meals in the hotel. Even after listing this, we would still love to come back and stay here. I do hope they give us a better room next time 😅

Not working electronic room key, basic toiletries provided (super mini soap bar and shampoo sachets that are not even enough to wash short hair). Very bad breakfast with only 2 options. The only thing good was the receptionist who was kind.

Pool was dirty. Breakfast included was a Filipino plated breakfast, not worth it if you’re gonna add breakfast aside your hotel room..

Near the beach, very nice staff. However bathroom floors is slippery. They should provide anti slip mat for it. My 63 year old auntie had slipped and caused her minor injuries. Good thing nothing worse happens.

I would say 2star for this Hotel. Receptionist are helpful but lack of knowledge about the place. In my opinion they should atleast learn about tourist spots for their guests inquiries. Also, there were cockroach in the bathroom and under the bed.

the room was definitely not matching the pictures and size of the one sponsored. dead mosquitoes slammed on the wall, the AC was the loudest we ever met. not recommended at all

中華資本のホテルでしょうか? 随所に中華風が見れます。 外観、部屋等は綺麗ですが、部屋の掃除は多分言わないと、来てくれないのだと思います。 私の部屋には来ませんでした。 せめて、2泊３日なのですから、バスタオル位は交換して欲しいです。 最悪だったのが、洗面に置いてあった石鹸です。 人生長い事色々ホテルに、泊まりましたが、 ここ迄酷い石鹸は、始めてです。 全く泡立ちしません! 大きさは1cm☓4cm位の本当にしょぼい石鹸 勿論、シャンプー等有るわけ有りません。 そして極めつけの朝食は、慌ただしくお客さんで 混んでいます。旅行なのですから、もう少し優雅に食べたかったです。メニューは３種類で魚、ソーセージ、トーストから選びますがいまいちでした。 まあ、お値段有りきですが、全体的に中華風の ホテルです。 私は、２度と泊まりません。
