ประตูที่ล็อคไม่ทำงานด้วยสมาร์ทการ์ด ฉันต้องโทรไปที่แผนกต้อนรับและเธอส่งของอินเดียมาให้เธอพร้อมกุญแจ ประตูเปิดด้วยกุญแจและใช้การ์ดเพื่อเปิดใช้งานแหล่งจ่ายไฟแทน พื้นห้องอาบน้ำลื่นและเป็นเมือก ยาแนวผ้าเช็ดตัวสกปรก ผ้าปูที่นอนเป็นสีเหลืองและดูไม่ถูกสุขอนามัยนัก ฉันได้รับผ้าเช็ดตัวที่มีเชื้อราเป็นจุดๆ ซึ่งฉันขอเปลี่ยน พวกเขาส่งผ้าเช็ดตัวผืนใหม่มาให้ฉัน แต่ลืมเอาผ้าเช็ดตัวที่มีเชื้อราคืนมา ไม่มีบริการเติมน้ำและทำความสะอาดห้องเลย ตั้งแต่วันต่อมา ไม่แปลกใจเลยที่โรงแรมนี้ยังมีห้องว่างให้เมื่อห้องอื่นๆ ในบริเวณนั้นเต็มหมดแล้วในช่วงวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์ยาวของเทศกาลดิวาลี

The toilet door is broken. It was hard to push. Toilet floor is also slimey. Price is cheap tho. Aircond and bed was okay.

NEAR LRT, NEAR MY FAVOURITE SPA. STAYED HERE BECAUSE I WANT TO RIDE THE LRT TO BUKIT JALIL FOR CONCERT. I THINK THE ROOM IS ALSO GOOD. JUST I HOPE IN THE FUTURE CAN HAVE AS LIFT

Room was good. Only thing was there was a glitch with the door card reader. The shower hose was leaking. And the ironing board surface was burnt.

I never imagined I would end up staying in such a terrible hotel. I clearly booked a non-smoking room, but from night to morning, the smell of smoke kept coming in. I couldn't sleep at all,it feels like my lungs are full of smoke! This receptionist is doing things perfunctorily. It was me who told her to knock on the door! She was dragging her feet! After she knocked, the ***** people inside seemed like they were on *****, and she got scared and didn’t dare to continue. I said I’m recording a video and if they hit you, I’ll have evidence. And I told her she should call the police! She just smiled quietly. Now they’ve changed my room, and it smells like ****. No lift no secure no food and smelly!

Location is convenient in puchong . Walk can go to ioi puchong mall

no lift, no sound proof, super terrible experience for me, can’t even sleep at night time. Super noisy as fxxk. Do not suggest for those poor sleep quality person for staying.

I don’t know if this stain can remove or not but I saw this then not dare to sit on the toilet bowl cover. The lighting in the room consider ok. The flooring is marble one. Just that no lift need walk staircase. Street parking of hotel is provided. The hotel location at night quite happening, only after late night is less noisy.

The hotel is right where my center of activity was, which was perfect. The staff were few, but they were good and prompt when help was needed. There is no elevator, one of the staffs carried it up the stairs for me. The facilities available is not first class, but they are clean and functioning. My room does not have a window but that is alright. Everything is functioning fine. I had a good stay in this hotel. Should I return to this district in the future, I would most likely return to this hotel.

Room little bit small but still okay for short term

The double bedroom was small and had no window, there is no hair dryer provided too.

the hotel itself were good, its also near with ioi mall, ft u prefer less of the traffic sound, this hotel is not for you. But overall it is a nice and smooth stay

The room itself was small but clean, modern, and comfortable — exactly what I needed. Wi-Fi was reliable, and there was a desk area that made it easy to get a bit of work done. I appreciated the little touches too, like good water pressure in the shower and blackout curtains for proper rest.
