There is an unpleasant odor, bathroom got mold and leakage, not well maintained. Overall - not worth for the prices.

Very comfortable and clean so luas dia punya apartment boleh masuk dalam 12 org, furniture dia complete sangat siap dengan sabun semua...actually puchong is our HQ selalu datang so now sudah jumpa apartment yg best dekat dengan HQ.... Next time akan jadi permanent apartment untuk kami jika ada tranning akan datang....

It was a good stay, rooms were clean, nice and cosy. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. IOI mall was just opposite the accomodation. We took a short walk across using the overhead bridge to the mall. We had our breakfast just downstairs at a mamak restaurant .

Feel like home. Great home stay with most of the amenities nearby. Right opposite IOI mall and there is lots of eateries within walkable distance. Highly recommended.

Yes. Possitive feedback from every family member💃🏻 cleanness is good, only the master room, the glass bathroom inside need to clean more, the utensils perhaps ok, u have washing machine too. That is complete. Moreover, the bed is comfortable 😍 extra ya, it’s spacious and can accommodate big family like us. 🙏🏻 thank you. In future will find your ur place again.

I entered this suite to discover filthy conditions. Crumbs all over the sofa. Random dirty water on the floor in multiple places. Bedsheets that looked like they were slept in five minutes ago. When I informed the homestay reps about this, they sent over a housekeeper who maintained a cold sullen resentful expression the entire time she was there. She merely swept the sofa crumbs onto the floor, and did nothing about the bedsheets. I requested to cancel but, while the homestay reps acknowledged the photo evidence I sent, they ultimately did nothing other than offer hollow excuses. I contacted ******* and received compensation for this horrific experience. Unless you're fond of wallowing in filth, avoid this homestay.

Excellent customer service, kind and friendly security, location is very near to IOI mall.
