New hotel, no key to open room use Face ID very convenience. Queen bed big and comfortable. Corridor hv Coway water filter free flow, also hv Coway air filter. Only the toilet light sensor sound too disturbs when sleeping. Overall very good, great for value!! Definitely will come back again.

Amazing hotel. Cheap and has great local food selection nearby. Chinese Indian and Malay cuisine is available. Cute room with affordable price

Internet connection is very good! Perfect for business travelers. There’s Zus coffee shop just beside the hotel entrance and lots of convenience stores around. This place is highly recommended ❤️❤️❤️

It’s newly built and equipped with face recognition room door locking system, which will not have to be bothered about key cards whenever leaving the room! Very convenient!

The service is good. The facilities is good. No breakfast provided. However, there have a restaurant at the end of the corner and burger stall at the end of other corner. A clinic and two dollar shop next to the door. Recommamd to stay!

Overall the room was good. The cleanliness can still improve but the stay was good if you don’t mind the location which is quite far from any restaurants or shops

Hotel is clean and new. However the Face ID is really bad and better just give us a card.

1. Poor service attitude The female attendant was good, but I’ve never experienced such rude sarcastic attendant before (2 Malay men) - wrongly given stuffs, and called us back to scold us for not receiving ???? - hung up our call I’m just surprised really. You’re in a hospitality industry. I’m not coming back, and DO NOT recommend this

The staff here has a good attitude, listen carefully to your request and solve the problem better for you, the service is very good, but the area is relatively remote.

No need to use card access, only face ID to go inside the room— very convenient and advanced. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is cozy too. Good price.

The FACE scan system was down then we had to trouble the staffs each time we shifted our luggage from our car to the room. The bathroom still have stickers which looked like defects findings which are not been done yet. The bedding, hairdryer, Smart TV were well prepared and ease of use as well. I didn’t get to take photos of the place though

My fifth stay there. Will be my first choice if I come to KL
