Its old. The construction is old and the decoration is old. So if you are looking for an edgy and design hotel, nope. This is not it… But it delivers. For the price… staff are helpful, breakfast is basic but good enough, and the location is very good.

Service is good, location is excellent walking distance to tallest building with many shopping needs, Bath facilities are a little bit dated. For the price paid it is good value.

The hotel is a bit old for my taste, maybe need a refresh. Also please know that the parking is not in the hotel, is about 500 meter away from it

Excellent location that allows to move to different places along the city. It is close to Santiago's Metro (L1), making it well connected to the City's downtown, as well as the Bus Station that serves to Viña del Mar and Valparaiso, as well as the Airport.

My wife and I stayed here four years ago for our honeymoon. It seems like the place has stayed the same, which is not a compliment. The room was carpeted, yet no slippers were given to us. The aircon unit would buzz loudly and randomly during the night, which woke me up. For some reason bathtub drain stoppers needed to be requested, and the two nights I asked for one I was told they were all out. I spent two nights wanting to take a bath to relax and I wasn't able to. The elevators are extremely old and seriously need to be replaced - the door would shut in front of us when waiting for one and I got trapped by the doors once. The best part of this hotel is the breakfast. It has great variety and the quality of the fruit and meals is excellent. The staff is very kind, too.

El hotel está muy bien, con habitaciones súper amplias y el personal muy amable. El desayuno quizás poco saludable, los productos bastante procesados y no se pueden pedir huevos al momento como en otros hoteles de este tipo. Yogures solo de sabores, sin opciones naturales, el café bastante malo, bollería muy industrial, lo único que tomamos fue la fruta y estaba bien.

このホテルはとても美しいです。 特にインテリアは品格あり、素晴らしい！ ホテルの周りにも色々な公園があり、コヒー、食事などの利用はとても便利です。 ホテルの朝食は品数が豊富で美味しいです。 何より、スタッフ達はとても親切です。

INSTALACIONES y artefactos son viejos y deteriorados. Por ejemplo, la sobre tapa del wc estaba muy gastada. La puerta principal de la habitación no cerraba bien. Ante alguna emergencia podría haberse Travado. Los accesorios como jabón, shampoo, era solo para una persona y el monto pagar fue mayor que el informado por la página. Y el desayuno considero que no era variado, por ejemplo, faltan alternativas de de dulces, o no había tocino...

前台服務女孩服務特別特別好，無論安排入住安排早餐還是解答各種諮詢，服務盡力又熱情，英文水平還很好。安保也總是開門且招呼。屋裡鋪床打掃和用品都很乾凈而且乾燥，靠邊房間敞亮，窗外風景優美，左邊美洲最高塔，右邊遠處著名雪山🏔️清晰可見。俯瞰安靜又不失活力的街道。離最高塔腳下的超級商場僅步行距離，對面星巴克下面就是超級市場，四周環繞着披薩，麥當勞肯德基或其他酒店餐廳。交通便利安全。早餐豐盛味道好。酸奶，奶酪球，獼猴桃，“甜麻花”，咖啡都是我的最愛。

Buen servicio y excelente habitación. El servicio de piscina tiene todo los elementos para descansar y disfrutar de un día relajado. El servicio de desayuno es excelente. El personal de servicio es eficiente y amable.

很好的一間酒店，大堂布置很精緻，服務很好，衞生乾淨整潔，環境優美。
