"I could see how this hotel used to be stunning, however not any longer. The staff was the only remaining stunning thing about this place. The maintenance on the grounds were lacking. Advertised that there was a spa, however, this is only massage services. There is a spa facility which is very inviting but not open / operational. Unfortunate. They advertise a gym facility. There are three pieces of equipment and they are older. The pool area is very nice although the umbrellas are so small that there is little shade to be had and whoever designed the area around the pool did not give much thought to the fact that the stone would hold heat. You cannot walk barefoot around the pool as the stones were so hot they burned the bare foot. I actually got up and skimmed the pool myself a few times because it needed to be done. (lol) The reception staff were so helpful and precious. The only problem was that in the morning you never really knew when they would arrive. At times there were lines at the reception area just waiting for someone to actually show up. In sum, the owner of the facility obviously turned his attentions to his other ventures because this facility no longer made him the money he was hoping it would. Therefore he made a business decision to just 'not care' about this place any longer and it shows. They advertise a restaurant on site. I went to eat at the restaurant one night and was told it was closed because the chef didnt feel well so he went home. I was not even offered any other options. Just that it was closed. Meanwhile, the facility is not close to anything else in the area that offered meal options. Quite unprofessional in my opinion. I will not return nor will I recommend this place to anyone else. The only reason I gave it a satisfactory rate was due to the staff being very friendly."

"The hotel's location is excellent, just steps from Chiaiolella beach, where there are also several nice restaurants. A bus stop is located below the hotel, providing access to the port and other interesting places on the island. The hotel is clean and quiet. The upstairs rooms are definitely better than the ground floor ones. Breakfast is good, although the savory options could be improved, as only cooked ham is available. Good value. Recommended."

"I was disappointed with this hotel from arrival till we left (two nights earlier than booked for). We arrived late due to missing a ferry and were told we could check in, in the morning. When we went to the desk there was no one there, we went to breakfast and mentioned we hadn’t checked in and was told it was breakfast time. We tried again after breakfast and before going out with no luck. Once we did check in we were finally given details - WiFi code, door code etc. After we checked in we found out there was a private party in the pool area which made in unusable up till 6pm - we were not informed of such event when we checked in 10 minutes earlier. Two days later after a long day visiting Pompei we wanted a quiet dinner and early night only to get back to find there was another private party with a DJ that went on till midnight - again we were not notified which meant we couldn’t use the restaurant or have an early night due to very loud music. At this point we booked a new hotel (at an additional £200 cost to ourselves) to try and salvage some of the holiday that had been less than satisfying. When we checked out the next morning the owner did not enquire why we were leaving, ask if we’d enjoyed our stay or said anything that would lead you to think they cared. Such a massive let down as all the reviews looked good, and the hotel is lovely…..unfortunately the management let the hotel down. I would not recommend staying here."

"Be careful, not all rooms are as advertised! We were a family so I booked a grande suite and a regular room. The grande suite we were given was an accessible room. We do not have disability needs. Due to accessibility the room had a lot less decoration than the pictures and the bathroom was really poor (see pics). I spoke to the staff several times they maintained it was the same size as the others so in that category. It was just a poorer quality room and should have been sold at a lower price. The reception staff behaved totally demotivated which is in contract to the restaurant staff who are the most charming and the heart of the hotel"

"Really nice boutique hotel with simple but very tasteful furnishings. Clean comfortable. Mario the boss is always available to give tips and history of the Island. The Staff are really helpful. Breakfast buffet was amazing. The Gardens are a hidden gem, especially the dining area under the lemon trees. We stayed for 3 nights and had 2 full days to explore the Island. A few minutes walk from the hotel is the old lighthouse foundation and rocks you can swim off."

"We chose this hotel to spend a few days on the island, partly based on its positive reviews. The property, in addition to being in an excellent location, boasts a wonderful view of Corricella from all its rooms (which are quite spacious and very clean), the most characteristic and colorful part of the island. Breakfast was very pleasant, and although simple in its food, it was served in a charming little garden with one of the most beautiful views of Procida. It was wonderful to wake up like this! We also appreciated the hotel's service, which offers guests a tour of the island on a gozzo boat. Pietro, in addition to being an excellent captain, told us so many interesting facts about Procida. If we were to return one day, we would definitely stay here again! Thank you ☺️"
