ทุกอย่างดีหมดแต่อาหารเช้าไม่มีอะไรและไม่ดีและไม่มีทิชชู่สำหรับเช็ดหน้าในห้องเท่านั้น

คุ้มค่าจริงๆ! อยู่ใกล้ริมฝั่งแม่น้ำและเดินจากสะพานเพียง 4 นาที ห้องพักมีสไตล์และสะอาด การตกแต่งของโรงแรมค่อนข้างหรูหรา

地理位置非常好，去舊城區或其他景點也非常方便，唯一是房間裏有蚊子和蒼蠅，不過這也是在布拉格的普遍情況，服務態度良好。

참 좋았어요 위치도 그렇고 시설과 주변에 갈곳과 볼것 먹을것들두 있어서 좋더라구요. 교통도 대중교통 이용이 편하구요 아쉬움은 슬리퍼와 물이 없더군요. 그게 쪼끔 아쉽네요~~^^

非常好的體驗，房間很大很乾凈，離每個景點都很近，幾乎每個景點都能步行到達，附近很多餐廳，交通非常方便。

Camera (junior suite) abbastanza spaziosa e luminosa, personale gentile, la colazione si potrebbe migliorare aggiungendo qualcosa di dolce in più ma nel complesso buona, da migliorare la pulizia.

โรงแรมที่ดีเยี่ยม ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม โรงแรมที่ได้รับการดูแลอย่างดีพร้อมลิฟต์ .. ห้องพักมีขนาดกำลังดีและได้รับการอัพเกรดด้วย ... ทำเลที่ตั้งสมบูรณ์แบบอย่างยิ่งโดยสามารถเดินไปยังสะพานชาร์ลส์ ปราสาท และเมืองเก่า .. ร้านอาหารชั้นเยี่ยมรอบๆ … รถไฟใต้ดินข้าง ๆ และรถไฟใต้ดิน ด้านนอก…พนักงานช่วยเหลือดีและสุภาพ พวกเขายังสามารถช่วยเหลือเรื่องแท็กซี่ได้หากจำเป็น

เราอยากพักในตัวเมืองหรือใกล้เมืองเราจึงจองห้องพักที่นี่ เมื่อเรามาถึงทำเลที่ตั้งก็มีแนวโน้ม แต่หลังจากสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นเราก็ผิดหวังกับโรงแรมนี้ ระหว่างเช็คอิน เรารู้สึกสับสน (เช่น พนักงานไม่รู้ว่าเราจองห้องไหน) แต่เราหวังว่าทุกอย่างจะเรียบร้อยดี เราสัญญาว่าจะได้ห้องที่มีวิวลานภายในและอ่างอาบน้ำ (เราส่งอีเมลไปที่โรงแรมและได้รับการยืนยันแล้ว) ปรากฎว่าไม่มีอ่างอาบน้ำในโรงแรมนี้ และเราได้ห้องวิวเมือง เราเสียใจเพราะอยากพักโรงแรมที่มีอ่างอาบน้ำ เราออกไปเดินเล่นสักพัก พอกลับมาก็สังเกตเห็นว่าในห้องไม่มีเครื่องทำความร้อน มีเพียงผ้าปู 1 ผืนและที่นอน 1 ผืนเท่านั้น อุปกรณ์อาบน้ำที่ให้มาหมดอายุเมื่อ 6 เดือนที่แล้ว ผู้หญิงที่รับประทานอาหารเช้าก็ใจดี ขนมปังบางชิ้นไม่สด และวันหนึ่งเราอยากกินไข่เพิ่มแต่ไม่มีอีกแล้ว โดยส่วนตัวแล้วฉันจะไม่กลับมาหรือแนะนำโรงแรมนี้

เตียงในห้องก็ผ่อนคลายและสะดวกสบายเช่นกัน คุณยังได้รับตู้นิรภัยฟรีและอุปกรณ์ชงชาและกาแฟก็ยอดเยี่ยมเช่นกัน พนักงานโรงแรมน่าทึ่งและช่วยเหลือดีมาก

Amazing hotel. Nicest staff - all members were extremely kind and friendly. Excellent location. A few short minutes walk from the center and shopping mall. The rooms were comfortable, clean and inviting. Good breakfast. Thanks for everyone for this staying, it was amazing.

We had a wonderful time at the Quentin Hotel in Prague with our family. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our suite was amazing. The location of the hotel is very convenient to visit the city. I highly recommend to visit this hotel.

I’ve visited Prague a number of times and this is the first time at the Quentin. The room (junior suite) is terrific, large, clean, view, good bed, kitchenette. Great price too. Only issue is the Internet. I need to upload photos and they have the upload speed throttled down to 0.1 Mbps. Zero point one! It’s ridiculous. I have asked the front desk multiple times and they say the manager says it can’t be improved because the building is old, which is of course bs. Very frustrating because otherwise the place is perfect.

I stayed in this hotel 26-29 Jan and got lucky when they had rooms available within 24hrs of the trip! I had previously booked another hotel but it was cancelled so you can imagine the horror when I had to try & find somewhere at such short notice. The location couldn't have been any better if I had booked months in advance & hotel price was so reasonable. On arrival the staff were attentive and did everything could to make our stay amazing, nothing was too much trouble throughout the trip. I read all of the previous reviews and was worried but we had no issues with our room. which was huge and had a great view. No noise at night despite being so close to everything & I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We will be returning on our next trip to this hotel.

Very central hotel in old town. Very comfortable and quiet. We had a lovely stay here. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless. We stayed for a few days for a city break. Tram stop outside and metro just around the corner. Short walk to town square.
