Das Hotel lag sehr zentral, mitten in der Prager Innenstadt. Die Karlsbrücke ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer im Hotel waren sehr sauber und das Frühstück war ausreichend groß und sehr lecker. Das Personl war freundlich und bewahrte unsere Rucksäcke am letzten Tag zuverlässig auf. Wir würden das Hotel wieder buchen.😊

Very friendly staff, we arrived late after reseption closing time but staff was helpfull with arrival procedures. Wery central location 200 m from Mustek but still quiet rooms. Rooms guite basic nothin fancy but brekfast very good and included in price.

Things I liked: * Excellent location * Reasonable price * Very good breakfast * The front desk people are superb. Thank you, Martin and Jacob. * Bed was comfortable and I really liked the pillow. * The room amenities are meager, but perfectly adequate. Time in Prague shouldn't be spent in your room, except to sleep! Things I disliked: * Small shower. I'm slim yet I felt very, very cramped. If you're a large person, you will hate the shower. I'd be inclined to get wet, turn off the water and then rinse off, but the shower has a manual temperature controller (the norm in the US, but more rare in Europe) so if you turn off the water and turn it back on, it won't be the same temperature. * Noise. It's next door to a bar that plays loud and/or live music, and on the weekends, you can hear it until 2 or 3am, even if your room isn't facing it or the street. Also, because it's an old building, the plumbing is not insulated, so when somebody in an adjacent room (same or different floor) flushes their toilet, it's loud. Unlike the shower, you can overcome this with earplugs. * Keys. There are three keys (two metal, one electronic), and the keyring also has a large wooden fob identifying the room number. The thing is bulky and uncomfortable to put in your pocket if you're wearing slim pants. * Locks. After hours, you have to pass many locked doors on the way to the room. It's tedious. Conclusion: If location is important and you're not sensitive to the issues above, the I would recommend this hotel. If I return to Prague, I'd look for a different hotel with this value profile, but if I couldn't find one, I'd be very content to stay here again.

This is a clean, inexpensive, cute hotel in the center of Prague. Location wise you cannot do better for the price. 5 minutes from all major sites, 2 minutes from the metro, 15 minutes to the railway station. The staff is very polite and helpful, especially Martin and Jacob and they speak English fluently. The breakfast is fresh and delicious, slightly lacking in fruits but still plentiful. They even offered free mulled wine in the evenings! The room was clean and comfortable. There's a safe in the room. Bathroom is functional although as in many older Prague buildings water drainage in the shower takes a bit of time, but eventually drains. Water pressure and temperature were excellent. There's no elevator in the building so be ready to walk with your luggage a few steps. Access is easy, check in and check out seem less. There may be music from the bars on the street on the weekend but that's what you get for a central location. My suggestions: please offer free water in the rooms. 120kc for a bottle of water is excessive. Please include at least one wash cloth , it's a shame to be using larger towels for this. And a tiny bottle of shampoo would have been much appreciated. I really enjoyed my stay and would come back.

The place is lovely and it is in a great location. They let me store my bag after I checked out, so I was able to spend the time between checking out and my flight walking around the city. They also looked for and found a bracelet that I lost in the hotel whilst leaving.

Everything you need is available at the hotel. There is a delightful open breakfast. It's within walking distance to all landmarks. The reception was very friendly. I will recommend this place to all my friends :)
