Perfect experience. Beautiful property with a lot of history and character. The food was delicious and the staff always helpful!!! Very nice and cozy bar!!! Front desk team really made everything possible for us!! Big thanks to everyone!!!

Loved everything about it, surely you can hardly fun that kind of quality 5 star hotel in such a good location at such a reasonable price. Don't forget to visit their SPA.

Excellent location in the area of most historical part of old city of Prague. High standard of accommodation, good choice of meals. Bar closed after 11 pm 👎 Pretty expensive. Great plus - one can park a car there 👍 several meters from the centre of Mala Strana

The hotel was beautiful, the staff was very kind and helpful. The dinner in new hotel restaurant was exceptional and delicious, and for the brakfast we can say the same thing… big buffet and very nice a la carte menu. Thank you for a great stay.

The true proof of an exceptional hotel, apart from location, comfort, amenities, etc lies with the people who work there, and it is a rare type of establishment that has an entire team who make you feel at home, from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Mandarin Oriental, Prague is one of those places. Not only does it have the best, most serene location of any top-tier luxury hotel in the Czech capital, as well as being very close to all of the top attractions, luxurious, tranquil rooms, an interesting history, top-notch F&B, and pretty much anything you need. It also (and most importantly) has Eric as a fantastic hotel manager, a wonderful front desk manager who (embarrassingly enough I forgot his name- sorry!), Yuri and Pavel at the concierge desk, who really know their stuff, and the friendliest bell-gentleman in all of Prague. This is what makes for a great stay. And this is what makes you forget you're in a luxury hotel- but rather in your own private Prague home.

Very welcoming. Wonderful staff. Great location. Quiet street yet close to river and Charles Bridge. Great neighborhood. And the best part was the spa - best massages ever. The restaurant was just okay. And room service ending at 10:30 is quite disappointing for a hotel like Mandarin.

Hello Prague where to start :) From the service to the hotel and the greeting we recieved exceeded all expectations. The location and beautiful ground of the property was spectacular. The people working there from the bellman to the manager of the hotel were so nice and friendly. and know how to take care of the guests so well. plus, the little things that most don't notice - we did notice and appreciated it very much. Food was awesome, i loved the breakfast :) and the dinners at the hotel the ease of walking anywhere and seeing the sights, made our trip even better. we will definitely come back and to say the room was fantastic is an understatement Your Friend Richard Rice

I liked everything the hotel. Mandarin, as always, impresses with its details. A special compliment to the staff who clean the rooms. The bed room is big. The location of the hotel is wonderful. We did everything on foot. The hotel is located in an old monastery with a beautiful garden in the middle.
