I loved this hotel and thought it was great value! The staff were friendly, rooms dark and comfortable, and despite being on the road it wasn’t too noisy at all.

My stay in this hotel is one of the worst hotel experience that I’ve had. I was trying to accommodate to their accommodations, but when I simply asked if they can check for the AC unit in my room they proceeded to tell me that it works which it didn’t because it was hot and I’ve told them twice. On top of that the receptionist was rude when I was being respectful and asking if they can simply just check it or if they can trade me a room with a working AC unit. No one came and checked on the AC unit, even when they said they would. I would not recommend staying here unless you want to use the window as AC or Heat. Also, the water pressure was not good in the shower it flooded the shower floor while the pressure wasn’t even good. The room number that I stayed 408

灑店位於波茲南市中心的邊緣，房間寬敝明亮，整潔乾淨，衞生間設施齊全，還有浴池十分方便。 早餐相當豐富，每天都有變化和不同的選擇。這家酒店唯一美中不足的就是wifi信號差到極點，微信根本無法使用語音聊天。 還有千萬不要讓酒店幫叫出租車，來的車價格要比常規高好多。 波茲南是波蘭的一座大學城，在這遇見很多年輕的中國學生，他們非常喜歡這裏的人文環境，欠缺的是沒一家正宗的中國餐館和華人超市，給他們帶來生活上的不便。

Забронировал за пол часа до прихода и все прошло успешно. Персонал лояльний, номер чист. Правда кондиционер в жару +33 помогал, но не супер аж

I had a wonderful stay at NH Hotel in Poznań. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the Old Town and main attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Breakfast was fresh, well-organized, and offered a good variety of choices. Overall, the hotel provided great value and a pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Poznań.

We stayed in this hotel just for one night. Unfortunately we couldn’t stand a second night. It was too old and the two rooms that was given to us were too dark. Narrow and dark corridors, with stairs, lead you to the rooms. You had to lift your suitcases in order to arrive or leave your room. Breakfast was served in a very small and dark room and it included only the basic items. Also there was not soundproofing and we heard people in the next room and the trams passed along the road

The hotel staff were very helpful and polite. Always happy to help and answer any queries. It also has a great location - 10-15 mins walk to Old Market Square. Tram line is just outside with some tram route stops just a min walk away. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel too. Breakfast buffet offers hot and cold food with a variety of options. We were in a Standard Double Room with extra bed ( 3 guests) and the room was on the cozier side for 3 adults. We thought there was a bathtub as shown on the booked room details but only had a shower. It was a bit disappointing but it was ok. Will definitely come back here when we visit Poznan again.

I stayed from March 2024 to July 2024 as is with my job with requires me to stay several months in different cities and I prefer hotels above apartments Pros -Excellent location -Good restaurant -Super Friendly and Helpful staff -I was given a room of my choice with large balcony at regular price for over 4 months - super cheap and fast laundry - everyday complimentary water and room cleaning - fresh linen twice a week - location once again a plus, sit outside for a morning coffee or a wine on a lazy evening or walk to the city centre it’s the best Cons -Parking is far away, although I switched to uber in one month from rental self drive car and it picks and drops directly in front - may the worlds worst WiFi. I have stayed in several hundreds of hotels and nothing compares to this WiFi - 4 months everyday there was same breakfast - restaurant although good, limited food options - spa was hard to book and almost never possible to book in your time preferences - sauna halftime was not working Alternative - Altus but this has no laundry and no outside seating almost no parking - Park Inn good location great parking but location for NH is still better - Hampton great location with no parking and no laundry

I have been Poznan 15 times and this is the best hotel. Can not fault. They have the cleanest room and best showers

Overall an excellent experience. The hotel, the service, the location & the comfort. Definitely coming back!
