"Lovely hotel, good location, friendly staff, very clean and I believe is the best in Potsdam. Areas of improvement are: they need to install a ramp for luggage arrival and departure. The steps are challenging with heavy luggage. No bellman to help either. I think the breakfast is too expensive at 24 euros rack ( nearly $30 with taxes/fees) they should offer a continental option for less. No restaurant , so if you arrive in the evening tired from travel you have to figure out Uber eats. They have a small bar but it’s manned by front desk staff, therefore you must wait until they are available to serve you, I stayed in a superior suite. It was nearly perfect. Large room with French doors opening to a deck with a cafe set up, It’s not very noisy even though it’s in the front facing the street, Items in the mini bar were included, that was a nice touch. Finally the water quality was superb. Germany has the cleanest fresh tasting water. There was no hint of chlorine like most hotels and it didn’t dry out your skin and hair. I love that. I would definitely return"

"Very good breakfast. Good location. Parking is inside of hotel, but limit spots(8). Parking on the street (hotel front door), is free from ~6pm-8am. Other time will be 1.5 € ／hour."

"Can you GO HELL A HOTEL?? But of course - because everything was tip top! Starting with the booking of 2 booking portals (because not just 3 consecutive days were free), which then was gathered together on site. Quiet room, clean. Super breakfast in the steakhouse bar next door. A drink in the evening, cozy outside on the house wall. Very careful service staff. Probably easy checkout early morning - which is no longer necessarily obvious."

"Four things were okay, everything else was dire. Okay were: the basic furnishing, hygiene, coffee available, and the one worker (or owner?) whom I met was pleasant, amiable, helpful. Dire were: (i) the arrival (at 10pm no one is present, I hadn't been informed, I was lucky that I could find the phone nr and eventually told how to get a key; there were banging noises all night from the heating pipes (even though it was during a heatwave); the walls are thin as cardboard, when the guy in the next room had a shower I could hear everything; the price is a complete rip-off (I paid £410 for 4 nights - yet this is just a hostel, not a hotel at all)."

"This was a lovely, spacious apartment. It has modern décor and was extremely clean. The location was centrally located which made exploring the area very easy. The staff were extremely friendly and responsive. I would recommend this apartment."
