ฉันชอบโรงแรมนี้มาก! พนักงานเป็นมิตร ห้องพักเล็กแต่สะอาด ห้องน้ำก็เหมาะเช่นกัน สำหรับฉันแล้ว ทำเลที่ตั้งนั้นสมบูรณ์แบบมาก เนื่องจากอยู่ไกลจากบริเวณที่ผู้คนส่วนใหญ่อยู่รวมกัน แต่ในขณะเดียวกันก็ยังใกล้และสะดวกอีกด้วย เดินจากสถานีเซาเบนโต 30 นาที หากคุณเดินช้ามาก ฉันจะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับย่านประวัติศาสตร์ พนักงานเป็นมิตรและอบอุ่นมาก ๆ ห้องพักสะอาดมาก และอาหารเช้าก็เหมือนทานที่บ้าน ทุกอย่างน่าพึงพอใจ ฉันจะจองอีกครั้งในครั้งหน้า ขอบคุณมาก เจอกันเร็ว ๆ นี้!!

The hotel staff were extremely kind. When I needed hot water, they provided it right away and even brought it up to my room. I’m very grateful to that gentleman. The breakfast was also delicious, the room was very quiet, and the facilities were excellent. Porto feels very safe and is a great city for a solo trip, especially for female travelers. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling alone.

Overall place was good. But breakfast which was rated as ‘delicious breakfast’ was actually not very true. It was just an average breakfast where there was nothing hot except coffee. There wasn’t even toaster available to warm the bread. Except breakfast it was ok.

The hotel is very filthy and all facilities are too old and outdated. The air conditioning was not working at all and the staff did not help to resolve the problem. They also did not offer any change of the room! The breakfast is also a joke! Better to not have that.

The hotel was located within few minutes walking distance from a metro station making it quite convenient to reach the tourist places of the city. The room was clean and the service provided was OK. The breakfast provided is a bit simple with not much choice.

We booked this room last minute.. The manager was very accommodating and even included a complimentary breakfast in our room rate, even though it would have a 5 euro charge extra. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom squeaky clean. The hotel is not in the city centre, but the centre is not far , easily reached by metro, 2 stops away, or a 15min downhill stroll. The decor is somewhat dated overall, but it gives the property the quaint air of a countryside pousada even though it is located in Porto city.

Staff was very nice and incredibly helpful. Room was very clean and had nice, well working amenities. Location nearby to public transportation and small markets/grocery stores. A nice walk into the center and various landmarks for those who don’t mind/enjoy longer walks.

Everithing was ok

やや中心部からは遠いが地下鉄使っていけばそこまでアクセスは悪くない。 近くにスーパー等もあり便利。 設備自体が古く、蛇口等の使い方がわかりにくいものもあったので、そこだけ残念。

とても快適な滞在でした。フロントのスタッフは皆さん優しく丁寧でした。 レストランやスーパー、地下鉄の駅も徒歩圏内で観光するのには困りません。道は石畳だったのでスーツケースを運ぶのには少し苦労しました。 チェックアウト後に無料で荷物を預かってくださりとても助かりました。

部屋は清潔でロケーションもぼちぼち良かったです。受付の方も親切で丁寧に接客してくださいました。 お湯の出が少し悪くなることがありました。

這間酒店是一家正式註冊的酒店，有一定的歷史。地理位置不錯，距離地鐵站不遠。酒店前台24小時有人執勤。房間還算大。有電梯。電燈開關設計不太合理。房間內有電視機，但是非常小。酒店房間有部分是緊鄰主幹馬路，關上窗户也有聲音，打開聲音更大。衞生間也挺大。前台服務態度很不錯。酒店早餐很實惠。總體來説性價比不錯。

Tres bonrapport qualité prix. Il ne faut pas s’attendre à beaucoup pour le déjeuner mais c’est mieux que rien.
