房間還算乾淨，酒店一樓的三文魚沙拉做得超讚。酒店周邊環境差強人意，整個波特蘭市中心都有流浪漢的問題，但酒店所處的街區這個問題算嚴重的。

The hotel is beautiful and the staff very friendly. The room was nice and comfortable with the exception of the beds. They were far too hard for me. My biggest issue however, was the surrounding area. Everywhere you look there are people actively using ***** and there are homeless all over the place. I was approached twi e just walking across the street to where i parked the car. I walked a block to get snacks at the convenience center and it was a frightening experience.

A beautifully restored historic building, in the perfect central location, with a great restaurant. The staff are absolutely the best. The rooms are big and everything is modern and clean. The TV was smarter than me, but got along great with my phone.

The hotel itself is gorgeous but the surrounding area is not safe. Parking is complicated unless you are willing to pay $55 for valet. For overnight parking that charges $20 I highly recommend Southpark Garage.

Rooms with hard surface floor NOT with carpet that made us to choose this hotel. And all other details are mordern, energy efficient amd quite.

Everyone from the door attendant to the front desk staff to the bartender at the restaurant were all super friendly. Rooms are small, but inefficient. Bathroom is great too!

The Good:
Waitstaff was friendly and attentive during check in.
Food was very good at the restaurant.
Room had a very nice bathroom, and plenty of seating options good lighting.
Charging solutions provided for those who forgot cables/charging bricks.
The Bad:
The advertised "city view" i paid extra for was blocked by taller building with a view onto a roof littered with garage and broken down HVAC units.
The ice machine didn't provide enough ice to fill a single glass and when I requested ice, they told me to go try the ones on the other floors and ultimately were not helpful and would not use the ice from the bar or kitchen
The website and phone in the room advertised room service yet they stated that is not an option.
Their website cites $47 valet, but the charge was $55.
After paying the $55, there was no offer to help with bags out of our car or to our room.
1 of 2 provided keycards worked only when held to the reader and moved around for 10-15 seconds.
Overall - very unhappy for the high price paid.
